I love these little earbuds! They are so awesome, convenient, and fun. I like the little charging pod that it comes with also. Thank you for these. I now feel like I cannot be without them.

I have two different sets of TREBLAB ear buds and I love them both. They are so comfortable and the sound is perfect.

I had a problem with my old unit. It stopped charging. Customer service told me what to try. It did not work. I told them I had it for a long time and also bought my daughter one. I asked if there was any discount code to purchase a new one. They sent me a code and I purchased a new one that day.

Great delivery great headphones sound is excellent

The headphones left speaker had a loose piece and the speaker screeches intermittently and also doesn't para sometimes. I am surprised as our last treblab headphones were great. Not a great experience this time.

Needed a NEW replacement headphone with latest aptx codec version. Don't want to buy another new non-aptx rx/tx for TV.

I love these! Fit and finish is hands down the best! Adjustable for everyone. I wear mine at work all day long driving a concrete truck. Never miss a call great durability in dust dirt and wet environments. I thought I lost my pair I've have purchased 2 years ago so I purchased the same pair. They are awesome now I have 2 pairs since I found my original pair and a back up pair.

Customer service did an excellent job with my purchase.

I had a problem with the ANC system on these Treblab Z7 Pro headphones when I was exercising and wanted to block out the sound of people talking loudly behind me. Using the ANC made no difference as I could still hear every word they said, defeating the purpose of me buying the headphones. I tried to phone the company’s customer care service just to confirm I was using the headphones correctly, but I couldn’t reach them. I then sent them an email asking them when it would be convenient to phone them to discuss my problem. They replied saying they couldn’t phone me because I was not in the US. As I had said in my email that I would phone them (and not the other way round) they had obviously not read it correctly, I gave up hope of getting any help from them. A complete waste of money and I will not use the headphones again or recommend Treblab to anyone.

Great customer service and outstanding product.

This is the fourth pair of ear buds i’ve bought and they last about a couple of days past a year before they die . I v like the sound but not the quality and durability.

My new earbuds are a good value. Price was very reasonable and quality is good. I especially like the fit, so that I can wear them when working out or when working out in my yard.

Trelabs and in particular Kyrylo in the Customer Care and Product Support department is excellent to deal with. He treated me with empathy and respect and was willing to do whatever it took to resolve my issue and see that I was made whole quickly and with zero added inconvenience to me.
I wish there were more out there like him.

Trelabs/Kyrylo is #1 in my book when it comes to Product Support. If you combine Trelab with Amazon as I did you can without a doubt buy with confidence.

I am very happy with my most recent purchase from Treblab. I was able to find the item I wanted very easily on their website. The website is well designed and very easily navigated. Completing my purchase was equally easy and secure.
