SCAM Company! Carpet Never Received!
1)I have never received the carpet I ordered.
2)They provided no tracking number, suggesting the item was never even shipped.
3)My numerous emails have gone unanswered, and phone calls are not picked up.
4)They even have deleted my negative comments from your social media pages.
5) My money has been stolen.
I have emailed them repeatedly; do not ask me to do so again. I want my money back immediately!
Their social media posts about great selections are misleading when they fail at basic customer care, which is the most vital marketing tool. This company is unprofessional and lacks integrity.
Refund my money now!
