Rip off and very rude!
Received a vest where the zipper was slightly detached making it hard to zip up. Contacted customer service within 10 minutes of receiving the package asking to return and receive a refund. To my astonishment, very rude customer service accused me of damaging the product and would not provide a refund to me! Disgraceful business should be ashamed for shipping inferior quality goods, but more importantly for being so rude and dishonest! Such a rip off! Please stay away for your own good!

I’m very sorry to hear your experience with us wasn’t a positive one and that you think we’re a ‘disgraceful business’.
All items are checked thoroughly before they’re sent out, the zip on the item you purchased was checked, we do this with all items to ensure customers receive exactly what they’ve paid for.
You were also extremely very rude to our staff when we were trying to provide a resolution to the issue. I’m not sure how we were ‘dishonest’ in regards to your issue either.
You were refunded in full for the item so we’d appreciate if you could update your review accordingly.
We suggest not purchasing from small businesses if you’re going to leave 1 star reviews when they aren’t able to respond at all hours of the night.

Ordered on 31st of March got free shipping and my tee arrived on the 1st of April unfortunately it was too big I just sent them a message on Instagram and they helped me sort everything out I have now purchased another tee with the refund money and i’m very pleased with it. Great selection of clothes from all sorts of brands, the prices are the best you will find on the internet and the customer service was very supportive in ensuring that my items will arrive before my trip abroad.
