Bought a car seat from here as it was cheaper than the Cosatto website with free delivery. Delivery was super fast and updates were great. Would definitely recommend 👍

We ordered an Oyster 3 travel system from this company and it turned up in poor condition. Obviously this isn't directly Trendy baby's fault but they handled my complaint very poorly. Several emails were exchanged and Trendy baby downplayed the damage and told me it was a good price so I should be happy. The owner Duncan Zanker called me on the telephone and his opening line was "bossman here". Eventually I was sent replacement parts but they also arrived damaged, after a month wait. I should've been offered an entire replacement according to the sales of goods act 2015.
Now I will have to escalate this to the ombudsman to resolve this issue.

Trendybaby are very well versed in deception and their reply is demonstrative to this, not to mention very late! Any problems with the order and they will instantly pass you off to the manufacturer, causing an unnecessary delay. They don't care for consumer law so you will have to get an ombudsman involved if your item arrives and you are unsatisfied with it. Not ideal when you are expecting a baby and trying to make plans. I will never do business with Trendybaby again.

Bought my first pram for my first born son from here and honestly couldn’t have had made a better decision! I am so so happy with the pram I choose and it came next day and was shipped out an hour after I had ordered it. An amazing sight for buying prams will definitely recommend to everyone

The most loyal company I have went with I’m pregnant with my first child ordered a full travel system today for £989. Received a phone call right away as the travel system I ordered would be going on sale so I was refunded £90 into my account the honesty! There still is decent loyal people existing in this world such a nice thing to even do when they didn’t have too 100% recommend

I have ordered a baby crib showing next day delivery item
In stock but after one week still no news of my order I contacted them and they refunded me saying item was not in stock last one was damage which I believe is fake as they could at least contact me and ask me If I want an alternative colour for example which they have in stock. I do not recommend baby is due soon and I waste one week and have to reorder from somewhere else very unhappy time waster!

I accidentally purchased the wrong travel system and Alex helped me to get the refund straight away. The waiting time was up to 7 days but I received the money after 2 days. Alex also helped me and my partner to pick the right travel system for us. We went for the Peg Perego travel system, a well know high quality Italian brand. We’ve been offered a zoom call to see how the travel system looks like. We bought it the same day and received the items the next day. I wasn’t sure about the website as the prices looked too good to be true and the next day delivery, I wasn’t sure about that as well but I am glad I gave it a go. I couldn’t recommend it more. Thanks to Alex we found a perfect travel system for our little boy.

Customer service i received was impressive.
I received an email before they sent my delivery to confirm it was the correct address as I was using my work address. I also received a phone call from Alex after my delivery had arrived to confirm I had received both packages. I will definitely be ordering more baby products again.

Recieved my Mamas and Papas xt3 flip travel system today with all the accessories at a bargain price, was beautifully packaged and arrived within the time frame advised, excellent communication from trendy baby with quick replies to any of my questions, was my first time ordering from here and was very happy with what i recieved, look forward to ordering from trendy baby in the future, thank you.

Imagine being pregnant and getting ready for your little one’s arrival a lot of you will know it’s very expensive. I ordered an 8 piece set from trendy baby and was super excited to get everything sorted and I had spend just over 3 weeks wage on the set. Dpd then delivered the parcel but left it outside open -we didn’t get to have any of our parcels because they weren’t there. Trendy baby then said that they weren’t allowed to leave it in a safe place it had to be signed for. The driver has been back to ask for us to sign and we said no so he has asked to sign for the missing parcels then added delivered after. If you are a mum you will understand how expensive having a baby and I can’t afford to buy another one so now me and my baby will have to suffer because apparently what the dpd driver has done is okay and the “case is closed” I’m writing this as I don’t want any other mothers or fathers to go through the stress and worry I am having about not being able to afford something i needed for my baby. I’m appalled, deviated and heartbroken. Don’t make the same mistake.

Amazing experience with Trendy Baby. Found a much needed rotating all ages car seat at a bargain price that arrived about 36 hours after ordering. And with no postage fees! I wasn't sure at first as the website seems a little low tech but highly recommend their service!

i purchased a cosatto woosh 3 including a footmuff, it was super affordable considering you have to buy the footmuff separately from the cosatto website. i didn’t notice the mixed reviews until after i purchased the buggy however it came within days. staff were very quick to reply to my emails & they were so helpful! i would recommend trendybaby to my friends & family.

Ordered a Vennicci travel set which was a lot cheaper on this site than anywhere else. I was a little apprehensive ordering after reading some of the negative reviews but decided to take the chance and I am so glad I did! Communication via email was quick and answered all my questions and delivery was fast and easy. Ordered on 29th December and received on 3rd January so I’m well impressed with delivery particularly taking new year into account! Pram arrived in 3 boxes and is absolutely beautiful, very easy to assemble. I am absolutely over the moon with this purchase and would recommend trendy baby, thank you!

I’ve ordered something for my daughters birthday, however not longer need it as someone’s brought something similar. Trying to get a refund and have emailed them to not depatch it the following day so plenty of notice! However they don’t reply to me emails which I’ve done several times now, and everytime I’ve tried to call them it says ‘user busy’. I’m worried I’m not going to get a response nor my money back! Has this happened to anyone else?

The best price on the market for stroller I wanted. Very good customer service responding to my queries within less than 24hrs. Delivery within 10 days as advertised on the website.

Was a little bit sceptical on order after reading mixed reviews but I am truly over the moon with my purchase it is absolutely stunning and such an amazing deal we saved £300 on this travel system other places are selling it for much more money so we have got an absolute bargain! Will definitely order again in future ordered on Sunday and received Tuesday morning with dpd. Excellent service!

I ordered a Mamas and Papas bundle with car chair and iso fix, i was worried after reading some of the reviews but after 16 days of ordering I received the bundle and i can honestly say i am really pleased with it. There was a slight delay due to car chair not being in stock but when i emailed they responded straight away. My husband calls our pram the Ferrari of prams haha The price was amazing value for money.

Next day delivery the best price on the market for the Pram we wanted buy. Absolutely one of the best baby online shops
