Quick and easy from the start.
We wanted to buy the silver cross pioneer special edition and found it here at the best price.
Placed the order and phoned up next day (answered immediately) to ask for the delivery to be delayed by a week as we were not going to be home.
Arranged a delivery date and received notifications the day before and on the day of the delivery window. Plus a tracking number.
Product came very securely packaged and everything accounted for in pristine condition.
Zero complaints and couldn’t have been easier to order from them.
100% will recommend and use again.

Placed an order for pre order of venicci tinum pram, had a query regarding delivery date, Alex responded to my email really quick, can't fault their customer service. Really fast delivery for a pre order, Alex said it'd be here this week and it is, arrived today. Really in love with the pram, superb quality, can't wait to use it. Highly recommend trendy baby.

Unfortunately dispatch date was not as advertised - same day for next day delivery - when ordered before midday - which I was expecting and why I ordered from there.
At least they called me the next morning to apologise after I emailed them twice and asked me if I want a refund or they will go ahead and dispatch the order.

Very pleased with the fast delivery of my order.i haven't opened it yet as it is a present.i emailed the company regarding my delivery date and they were very quick at getting back to me.i will deffo be using trendybaby in the future

Bought the bebecar stylo classic in white frosting! I ordered it on Bank holiday Monday (5th April 21), and i received it on the Thursday, it would have been with us by Wednesday but DPD had some problems so it was delayed by a day. I am so happy wifh the pram, its stunning! Even better in person, and its around £300 cheaper than on other sites, absolutley made up with Trendybaby! Next purchase will be the car seat, and i known know where i will be ordering from.. Thank you Trendybaby xxx

Order arrived fast and I was pleased with the stroller. Had some difficulties after a while but at the end they were handled well.

Great customer service!! Turns out I ordered the wrong item (Not the first time for me, I must admit) but due to my order including conflicting items the staff at Trendybaby got in touch with me to clarify the order and were able to provide a solution.

Great service! Was delivered very quickly and I had a query which was dealt with very efficiently.
We have just built the cot and changing table and it looks great.

Totally recommend this company, we purchased a Silver Cross pram package that was great value for money - was delivered by DPD promptly, the items were well packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
I had a few points of clarification, I emailed the company who responded immediately and Alex the customer services manager called me - who was professional and most helpful.
I am extremely satisfied with the purchase.
In the current climate it is more difficult as cannot go to showrooms and more difficult for companies to operate but this hasn’t stopped TrendyBaby providing seamless service pre & post sales.
Definitely deserve a 5 star review !!!!

Excellent service from Trendy Baby. We ordered a pram for our first recently. The customer service was second to non! They ensured we received our order and were kept informed. Due to Brexit there was part of our order that was going to be delayed, however they advised us of this, sent out the parts they could and kept us updated on the remaining part. We have received our entire order now and could not be happier with the product, still arrived in plenty of time for our little ones arrival too.

Excellent customer service from Alex and Rae at this company. I was looking for a booster seat and the reviews of the company were by far the best around. I still had a few queries which were answered really quickly so I went ahead and ordered. The seat arrived really quickly via DPD and a follow up question I had was again dealt with straightaway. I'd definitely recommend this company.

We ordered the Venicci 3-1 travel system because Trendy Baby was the cheapest online retailer. Previously we had a demonstration on this product in a shop and was £250 more for the bundle. The product arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. Would highly recommend.

We have recently bought a travel system and a bedside crib. The items were in stock and delivered by DPD within 2 days. Trendybaby kept us updated on the order status. Trucking dpd number also provided. Both items in perfect condition.

Recently bought this travel system! We are really satisfied with it and received it very soon! The shop was informing us constantly about the delivery and when we received it with a minor fault in the handle bar they responded and replaced it immediately!

Awful company, faulty item and will not offer resolution. I reported fault with a rocker as soon as item arrives. The screw to access the battery box will not open and is stuck. The item is not fit for purpose.. been 2 weeks no resolution offered. I have asked to return item no option given.. not asked me to return.. not offered a refund dont know what they want me to do with the item.. told me its not a manufacturing fault and that if they accept is back to unscrew yhe screw they would expect me to remove my negative review. Appalling service, I'm a new mum with a toddler and purchased the baby rocker for the new baby. Stay away from trendy baby

Trendy baby has exceeded my expectations - from price point to delivery. I live in NI. I placed an order for a Joie Chrome DLX travel system on 9th October (Saturday). The package was sent for shipping on Thursday and I received in on Saturday (16th) AM.

The service was fantastic.
I am also delighted with the quality of my travel system. It looks and feels more expensive than what I paid.

Trendy baby have made my first time shopping for a travel system during a pandemic a fantastic experience.

Order arrived incomplete.

Emails didn’t start of great to be honest, customer service agent was quite rude and snappy. Eventually a manager called me and was told the agent replying was stressed out because a negative review had been left, and it very much sounded like they were pointing the finger at me!! Told them I was yet to leave my review and speaking to customers like that would not result in positive feedback.

In the end everything arrived and is of good quality. But the customer service and the way they speak to customers definitely needs to be improved.
