We recently ordered the pram bundle but didn’t receive an order confirmation (it turned out I had put my email address in wrong) - I contacted trendy baby and they replied straight away even though the offices were supposed to be closed as it was the Christmas holidays. I thought an item was missing from the bundle (it wasn’t) and again they called me straight away to talk me through how it was all packed and it was all there.
Finally the price was the best that I have seen anywhere.

Very pleased and I would recommend to others.

I just want to say a huge thank you to Trendy baby! They were so efficient with dealing with my sale, the product arrived the next day! Unfortunately, there was a manufacturer's defect with the product, however, Trendy baby organized a fast pick up of the product and return. Honestly, I am so impressed with their customer service, will definitely be ordering from them again!

We were sadly in a car accident where we had to replace our Silver Cross spin Car Seat. We found TrendyBaby was the cheapest price for what we wanted with free next day delivery. We were really counting on it to arrive the next day as we did not have an alternative. The order was shipped within 30 mins of me placing the order and provided with a tracking number, and told to check again later that night for further updates. Car seat arrived on time the next morning. Couldn't be happier and saved us so much trouble. Will order here again.

We bought an Oyster Zero pushchair from TrendyBaby and it's been delivered very fast. However after several days of use we noticed that the pushchair had a couple of defects, so we contacted TrendyBaby for resolution.
We worked with Alex at TrendyBaby and he was most helpful and facilitated communication with BabyStyle up to a point when our issue was fully resolved. I have no reservations in recommending TrendyBaby to anyone and we shall definitely consider buying from them again in future.

I ordered on 18th November and have had no further updates regarding my order. I have emailed the company and phoned phoned over the last 2 weeks for an update to no avail. Avoid this company.

We purchased a Peg Perego highchair at a very competitive price from Trendybaby and was impressed with the quick delivery and excellent customer service. Our highchair had a faulty wheel so I contacted Trendybaby who got in touch with the manufacturer. The manufacturer sent out new parts to address the fault. The issue was resolved within the week!! 5 star for customer service Trendybaby!!!!

Ordered a new baby car seat. It arrived really quickly, with great updates on when it would arrive. Priced competitively and would recommend this company to others.

I bought a Bebecar travel system last week and was delivered on time. However, we have received the carrycot with a broken hood. We have tried to contact you both via email and phone calls. However, no response yet. Our baby is due soon and we have a pram which is faulty. Can someone please guide us the next steps or respond. Our order number is 42977.

I cannot recommend this online store more. When I noticed the travel system I had chosen was no longer on the website I contacted them and was so relieved that they had 1 more left. The communication was brilliant and I managed to then purchase this last one. It arrived the next day. I have never experienced such good customer service!

I am so impressed with my egg bundle. I had never heard of Trendy Baby but the bundle was an amazing price compared to what I have seen anywhere else. I ordered my pram at 12pm Monday and it arrived 9am Tuesday, everything was boxed securely and all parts arrived. It was really easy to build and looks perfect, I would highly recommend Trendy Baby.

I ordered from Trendybaby over the bank holiday. I found Trendybaby through a google search as I was after a particular stroller, which they had in stock at a very good price, it arrived next working day after being dispatched on the Tuesday.
