I ordered a cosatto travel system, which came within two days, once I unpacked everything noticed a dent in the frame of carry cot attachment, I emailed immediately and they had arranged collection for me to return the carry cot after sending a few photos. I received the new one today and I'm soo pleased with it and the excellent service provided.

Needed to purchase 2 upgraded car seats for our grandson as we keep one permanently in our car as well as one in his parents' car. Wanted to continue with Peg Perego brand which has served us well since he was a baby. The company we dealt with 5 years ago is now closed but I was recommended to try Trendy Baby. I went to their website and found the seats at a very fair price. I was about to ring them but noted on the website that they are not open Mondays. However, I decided to just place an online order on Monday afternoon. I had an email just after 8:00am on Tuesday advising that the order had been shipped and the seats were delivered by courier (free of charge) on Wednesday afternoon, less than 48hours after placing the order. I don't think you'd get better service than that anywhere. Everything as ordered and well packed. I heartily recommend Trendy Baby. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

Recently bought a Joie travel system from Trendybaby and I'm very pleased with my purchase - in terms of value for money and customer service. My initial enquiry email was automatically filtered into a Spam box, but this was quickly addressed when I called and spoke to a member of staff, who was brilliantly helpful and showed excellent knowledge of the products on offer. Would use again!

I would like to compliment Alex who understood my requirements, questions, escalated to his manager appropriately and dealt with my queries in an efficient and polite manner. 100 marks for IQ and EQ.

Me and my partner purchased the oyster 3 carry cot and pushchair bundle after the shop we were originally buying from let us down. As we were running out of time(I’m due in a couple of weeks) we were sceptical about buying from here but it came in just a couple of days as the website had stated.
It was in perfect condition and all the little extras we purchased with it were included. Couldn’t be happier with the customer service and how smoothly everything went.

I have been calling Trendybaby to enquire about an order for 3 days straight.. the phone just rings and rings non stop. I have also sent them message from the contact me section. But nothing. So not sure if they are legit or not? Any info on them?

I got a call straight after leaving this review above and was reasaured that Trendy baby is a loyal and helpful company.. and the bundle i was after (6 piece ocarro for £699) is definitely a available. Even when i asked why is trendy baby so much cheaper for this bundle than other sites (cpuld it be faulty?), i was told by Seb the manager, its because Trendy baby are in the business for 25 years and get great deals because they know alot of ppl, and want to offer those deals to their customers. By 10 pm on same day, after waiting for a refund on an order i had to cancel on Amazon in order to pay for this deal with Trendy baby,i finally get round to making the purchase, BUT that bundle has now gone up to £949.99. Coincidence.??? I dont think so... i was even asked to remove this review.. but guess what?? ..not now. Worst, unprofessional company i have ever dealt with. So disloyal! Thanks for nothing.

Good price and next day delivery - great service!

Decided to support a local business instead of using a big name, big mistake.
Delivery was very quick but I soon discovered there was a fault with the seat I'd bought. I was told I had to contact the manufacturer but they gave me incorrect information, made false promises and took almost 3 weeks to get me a replacement. Feel like I've been bounced back and forth between seller and manufacturer with nobody taking ownership of the problem apart from me!

Worst customer experience/service from this company. Firstly they take forever getting back to you about anything and secondly they miss inform you of what actual product you will receive. I purchased a car seat from them which in travel bundle should have been black, they sent through a car seat which is certain lights looked blue, but over all had a grey look to it. When I questioned this they informed me that the one they normally have is out of stock so they have had to go with this one. Obviously I was not happy about this and stated to them they should inform the customer about this. They tried to argue the colour to say it’s a different shade of black, giving me terrible service. The only solution they would offer is for me to send the whole bundle back to them and they would give full refund and they would pay for postage to send product back. I stated to them I was happy with the rest of the products just the car seat was not black, there only other solution to this was for me to pay for the postage to send product back as they where not prepared to pay for this mistake and I had to wait until they had a black one in stock. I was clearly not happy about this but they would not offer to pay for postage to send car seat back, but would pay it if I sent everything back. This went on for weeks and became very stressful as they are so slow in coming back to you and put a lot of stress on me whilst being pregnant. Picking these types of products are supposed to be amazing moments you have in pregnancy as you want to make it right for your new born baby, however the completely ruined that for me and put a lot of stress on me with this situation. On top of that there where accessories missing that they didn’t have in stock, but again didn’t inform customer but happy to charge you for the product. I would never shop with them ever again, Worst customer service ever given in my life.

I informed the business I would let other customers know about how bad their service is and there response is we look forward to it and wait with what they respond with. Their level of care for customers is appalling and after reviewing other reviews about them on other social media accounts you can see they have a trend to give very poor customer service take forever to respond back to you and their returns policy Only suits their business needs and makes it very difficult for customers.

Very pleased with my experience with Trendybaby so far. I ordered the cosatto all in all rotate at a very good price. Delivery was very prompt and I absolutely love the product. Unfortunately when unboxing the seat I noticed a hole in the fabric. I contacted Trendy baby and although it took a little while to get through they where extremely helpful. The hole isn't something they have caused or could have known so I am having to go to cosatto directly for a replacement cover however Trendybaby are helping me with that process. So far excellent customer service.

I purchased the Mamas and Papas Ocarro, which we found a excellent deal on the Trendy Baby website. The customer service is outstanding. I had to contact to confirm delivery due to ordering over a bank holiday weekend to confirm when the delivery would be and also there was an issue with the DPD driver that was delivering my order. Both times i received a quick response within a couple of hours and Alex resolved the delivery issue straight away. We love the pram and will definitely recommend ordering from Trendy Baby!

Having ordered from elsewhere over a month ago and still recieved nothing I needed something quickly and was struggling to find anything. Trendy Baby delivered my highchair in a couple of days, far quicker than I was expecting! Exceptional service and wouldn't hesitate to use again in the future.

I pre ordered my pram 13 weeks ago - and was told delivery would be around 21st May.
It arrived 23rd May which was amazing!

They kept me in the loop of when it was arriving and as soon as they had all pieces they Sent me a tracking number and was sent that evening!

My pram arrived in perfect condition and I cannot wait to use it!

Only down fall is the size of the changing back., which is not tendy baby’s fault!

My daughter and I have been looking everywhere you can imagine for a Pram for my 1st Grandchild (a little boy), due September 2020. When we came across Trendy Baby...my daughter found the Pram she wanted ( guided by me, of course)

Having decided on a cosatto pram I came across Trendy baby whilst looking for offers. They had the best prices (by a mile) for the travel system I wanted and due to this I was a little dubious at first. I needn't have been, it arrived next working day exactly as stated and all in excellent condition. I was so pleased I have since ordered something else from them and got the same great service. I highly recommend them.

Amazing quick service with fast response to questions. Our pram came with slight damage, however TrendyBaby were more than happy to send us out a new pram without any hesitation. Trusted and reliable service. Would be more than happy to recommend and use this company again.

Super service - ordered a pushchair online for next day delivery but forgot to add the car seat adapters. Emailed the team to see if I could add them and a very friendly and helpful chap phoned me immediately to arrange payment so that they could include the adapters in the same delivery. All arrived just over 24 hours later. Super stuff.

I bought an Uppababy Vista with Mesa car seat and stand for the car. I bought from Trendybaby because it was significantly cheaper than Ireland. Everything arrived in good time and in perfect condition and they responded quickly to any questions that I had. This purchase all happened during uncertain times due to the Covid pandemic and I was extremely grateful for it arriving on time for the new arrival.
