Customer service has been superb.
Tresta has lots of competitors, but as far as I know, they are the only ones that will pick up my call and make the adjustments requested without delay. I’m a fan.

Tresta is one of the easiest most transparent tools I've used. The amount of features is broad and the flat price for everything is amazing. When I had a chance to use their support, I found it intelligent, and useful, not outsourced "reading a script" level. Highly recommended.

The Tresta app service is fairly decent. One issue that I have is it takes a really long time to pull up my voice mails be it im using my phone's carrier service or WiFi.

Lack of Necessary Features.
Tresta doesn't block spam or have the ability to. I am not able to save phone numbers on tresta app and the quality of my voice-over voicemail was diminished once uploaded.

Solved our working from home phone line…
Solved our working from home phone line issue at the start of the pandemic. It's affordable & easy to use. We purchased two different area codes and can switch back and forth between numbers with no issue. I have had some glitches with people unable to call me back from 504 area code number but the other 803 area code number has never had that problem.
UPDATE 2.15.21
The Tresta team saw my review and called the same day to assist with the issue I was having with the 504 number. The issue has been resolved and they credited my account for one month due to the inconvenience. Excellent customer service and tech support.

Worst Service, Worst App, Worst Company Ever!
Tresta has been the worst phone service I've ever used! I ported my business line to them for the simplicity of having my work calls come in to my personal phone, rather than carrying 2 phones. Immediately upon setting up my account I had issues with their app freezing, I went a whole day not able to respond to my clients. I then had issues with my voicemail recording not saving. The latest issue is the absolute worst! The phone will ring and when I answer, it immediately hangs up on my client! This is unacceptable for any business phone.
Now I am fed up and trying to port my number back to AT&T, this company is making me jump through hoops to do so. AT&T has called them 3 times to port the number out, and Tresta refuses to do this! I do not want to continue using their service, but they are forcing me to do so. At this point I am losing money because I cannot accept phone calls and setup appointments for my clients. What a waste of money this service is!!!

Repeated Spam Calls
Up until last week I had never heard of Tresta. Then I started repeatedly getting calls from them. When I answer, all it says is "You have an incoming Tresta call. Press 1 to accept. Hang up to decline." After several calls I finally googled the thing to figure out what was going on. I am talking 4-5 times a day I am getting these calls. They've called me twice in the last hour. I am beyond fed up. I reached out to Tresta customer support a few days ago but got no response from them. Today I reverse searched the phone number to a 95 yr old lady I've no affiliation with who lives in a town where I have no association. I can only assume this is a scam. STOP CALLING ME!!

Transparency and simplicity meet features…
I really can't put into words how much I love this service. The feature set and pricing are unmatched. The customer service from day one was awesome. But what really strikes me is their transparency and simplicity. No gotchas! For example, read their privacy policy. They have gone to great pains, after the lawyerese to explain in layman's terms what you just read.

I love having Tresta because it not only helps me stay up-to-date with my clients, but the call recording feature allows me to work with clients in real time over a call and then go back and review the log to make notes or adjustments. It's really helped me stay organized even when I'm at my busiest. This is a must have for small business owners that are serious about growing their business.

For my company Tresta is the right product, at the right time, for the right situation. My experience with Tresta has been brag worthy. So, let me brag.
First, their customer service is top notch. It has the three components that any high-level customer service team should have. Accessibility, knowledge, and responsiveness. Each Tresta agent that I have spoken with has been engaging, willing to help, and patient with all of my questions…and I have had many.
Technology. Due to the recent COVID Pandemic, I have had to move our operations of 19 staff from office to remote in a short period of time. The Tresta App met all of our company technical requirements, staff found it easy to use, and my customers have not noticed a difference in service. And although we have had small technical glitches, the Tresta team has worked diligently to resolve them. There has been only one technical issue that my team experienced and Tresta was unable to resolve. It was due to the age of the agents’ phone.
Leadership. Although my business needs with Tresta was supposed to be temporary, my operations manager foresees long term use. Therefore, it was necessary for me to reach out to the Tresta leadership and inquire about long term needs. Such as outbound call recording, mass export of historical calls, and the ability to transfer calls. The Product Specialist that I spoke with was very receptive to my suggestions and stated that a number of them were already in the works for a 2020 release.
Cost. Judging cost depends on what you value. If you value the three points listed above then Tresta is a great value. If you judge cost simply by dollars and cents, then Tresta is still a great value.

Incoming calls would NOT connect. Outgoing calls worked about 50% of the time but a LOT of echo on the connection.
