I ordered some products and unfortunately my skin became irritated after using. It was my first time ordering and I’d never really had a reaction to products from other brands before, so I bought a few of the same items (£60 worth)
I emailed the company within the month explaining the situation and that I had a lot of unopened products that I could no longer use due to the reaction. I emailed Tropic asking if there was anything that could be done- such as return the unopened products for a refund. This was at the beginning of June with no reply!
I also left a poor review on their website a few days ago which I see is still not there?
Great if you enjoy the products and there are no problems, but as soon as they have your money if there are any issues they’ll just ignore you! Even if there was no way I could get a refund it is unacceptable to be completely ignored! AVOID

It was easy to order directly from the company, fast delivery service and kept informed from start to end of items being delivered.
I might only order the shower gel's and soap pebbles but they are by far the best products I have used for my skin

It's always exciting to receive my latest parcel from Tropic. The products are excellent to use and smell delicious too. Everything arrives very quickly and when I accidentally ordered the wrong shade one time their customer service dealt with my problem efficiently with no quibble.

Tropic and me for nearly 10 years!
I have been using Tropic for nearly ten years and love the ABC routine!
I have changed the products here and there but always use the cleanser, toner and moisturiser. I'm currently using the hydrating cleanser, morning mist toner and the skin releaf moisturiser. I love the smell and the feel of the product on my face and although it may seem expensive a little really does go a long way! I've used other Tropic items over the years but these three are my go to every day items.
Ordering is easy and delivery is quick, the freebe is always a bonus!
