Please my fellow gamblers, do not use this site. They scammed me out of almost €300. I wish I’d read these reviews before I played the site. I was playing big bad wolf and €250 disappeared from my credit. They said I’d increased my stake (which I %100 didn’t) to €125, something which would have taken a combination of selections and I didn’t do. I complained, they rejected my complaint, I then tried logging back into my account and it was blocked, meaning I couldn’t access the remaining €45. I was winning the first few times I used it so I believed it was genuine but it really is a trap. Wish I’d read these other reviews before playing. Don’t do it to yourself. They fall outside the UK Gambling Commission so no one can help you.

By far the very worst "gambling" site I've ever come across. Just a bunch of proper scammers..
You will not get your winnings or any potential cash back has silly attachments to it like 40xwager.
Do not accept bonuses as they don't tell you they having massive wagering requirements.
They have ZERO safer gambling controls like deposit limits and you can only lock an account for 4 weeks then once that's over they don't leave you alone.
Please read carefully.
If you have deposited with a visa or visa debit card you can claim all the money back through your bank.
You need to call them explain what this company is and that you've found out its all a scam and they hold no licence in the UK so shouldn't be taking money from UK players as its illegal.
They take payments out under all different names to disguise the fact that they are a fraudulent company operating illegally.
I received £5465 back from my Halifax bank and now I'm in the process of getting a further £2200 back from my TSB account.
If you paid with Mastercard you won't get a penny back unfortunately

Haven't played but I am getting spammed constantly with text messages from this site so I thought I go and have a look at their Web page and read terms and see who their provider is and suprise suprise no information I also checked to see if they are licensed and they are not so this company is unlicensed so if you gamble with this company and have a complaint you have no where to turn too if I was you stir clear expecially with bitcoin as isn't it untraceable please report to ukgc they may be able to stop them trading in UK as I am pretty sure you need to be regulated.

They will tempt you with offers and bonuses but when you win will not pay out.

I was able to withdraw when I first signed up as I was losing money, they bombarded me with phone calls, emails and text messages to take advantage of bonuses and when I did this and won money, they block my withdrawals due to a “fraud investigation”. I have over 3,600 euros sitting on the account that they will not allow me to withdraw. The idea I have committed fraud is ludicrous.

If the casino fix my problem and allow me to have access to my money I will remove this review

Go to your bank, report transactions as fraud and get your money back. They launder the money through different companies to avoid being honest as a casino so it’s very easy to get your money back

So dissatisfied please be warned they can take your money in seconds, but your winnings will never be yours! My first withdrawal went ok then there was an issue with Visa, so I took out a master card, and now there’s an issue with Virgin master card. I don’t really want Bitcoin and have no way to draw down my winnings 😡😡😡 and no one wants to help you,,, please avoid them

I joined this site after reading that it takes Payments...Perfect Money, MasterCard, Visa so i try to withdraw using visa the same card as i deposited with and she tells me i need a mastercard or bitcoin i said i want to use the same card i deposited with but she says they dont do withdrawals via visa and she could help me make a virtual mastercard surely this isnt right?

Total scam. No support, it seems deposits are accepted, but withdrawals are avoided, delayed, and made difficult. Avoid this site!

Avoid at all costs. Still waiting for a withdrawal for over 6 weeks. Will only accept Mastercard or bitcoin for withdrawals. Mastercard been verified 6 times and funds returned back to account. Have to wager triple approx 80Eu before a withdrawal has been accepted )from my experience).withdrawals will be refused if you accept a bonus. Even after withdrawal request. When customer service questioned, as to why my withdrawal was returned, I was advised there was an issue with Mastercard. You need full ID documentation whereas the website advises you don’t. Not a problem uploading details but if you want your winning withdrawal, I would use a different site as tropic slots do not do things quickly or in my case anything at all. Worst gaming site I have ever used. Will not return and will carry on chasing my winnings until I receive them.
