Everything about our experience here was great! We initially found Trotters on Instagram and they were so communicative. We switched to email when we paid the deposit, and again, Mikey was so responsive.

When we arrived to pick up our watches, everyone at The Penthouse was so friendly and excited for us. They were so thorough with explaining everything we were getting with our watches.

Truly trustworthy, and we would definitely buy watches here again!

I asked these guys for a watch, but they didn't have it in stock. However, they sourced the watch I wanted, and I had it on my wrist within 10 days. They kept me informed throughout the process and answered every question I had. I would highly recommend them!

Sourced the exact vintage watch I was looking for, couldn’t have been more of a smooth process. Went down to try it on and they made sure it was altered to perfection. The chaps in there have a such a fun relaxed vibe, there’s nobody making anybody feel like they shouldn’t be in there and they kept the prosecco flowing too!
