After getting the run-around from another clinic, I transferred to TRT Doctors using the $29 pathology option. The process was simple and they accepted my older low t reading and had new bloods organised within 24 hours. Communication was quick, and every question was answered clearly. I like that they don’t pressure you into any treatments and provided my options including seeing my GP. My energy and sleep quality have both improved noticeably.

TRT Doctors have recently taken over XY. Same crew running it. I expect the same great service. Arn and Dr Jansen have been great. Communication is timely and the script comes electronically the same day. I don't expect to see any difference.

The clinic was transparent about costs from the start, which was refreshing after dealing with subscription clinics. My first bloods were borderline and they didn’t push treatment until the follow-up confirmed it was needed. Dr J is straight-talking but thorough. Emails are answered the same day, and I’ve never had trouble reaching someone. It feels like proper patient care.

Pathology referral emailed same day and the script was sent within a week. No surprises on price and Arn helped with questions about injection technique after the consult.
Much cheaper than others but their service didn’t feel cheap at all. Maybe the others are charging too much? Anyways, can’t recommend them enough.

New patient. Just started testosterone IM 0.2ml every 4 days. Too early to say if it’s working but service was great. Spoke to x1 admin staff and a doctor via Telehealth in evening. Script sent to my email and ordered from chemist warehouse $21 for 1ml
