Sehr guter Kundenservice, funktioniert immer reibungslos und schnell. Ich kaufe sehr gerne bei Truckmo. Auch die Mehrwertsteuerrückerstattung erfolgt immer zuverlässig und schnell. Die Ware war immer in einwandfreiem Zustand und stets gut verpackt.

Best place, online.
Definitely best prices, online. Even with postage/shipping costs, it is still better than other retailers for same item. I live in U.K. The shop is in Germany. They have a very wide selection of additions, and small enhancements for specific models. Never had any damages, always securely packaged. First choice for any purchases, for years, now.

Hello, I ended up placing an order on the website, and besides the website not being specific about the size of the product, in terms of product quality, it left something to be desired due to the lack of, in addition to having paid a very appropriate amount, having paid an additional 23% VAT and having paid €6 in shipping fees,During the ordering process, the website gave me the information that it would arrive in 1-3 business days, it took 14 days to arrive.

Always a pleasure dealing with this company. A wide array of stock is held, items yet to be released can be pre-ordered with ease.
I have ordered numerous items from TRUCKMO.com and all have been dispatched promptly and have arrived with me in the UK safely and in a timely manner.
TRUCKMO.com is my go-to shop for any truck models I wish to add to my collection.

Ordered item from TRUCKMO.com - I wasn't sure about what the notice from the package delivery company ment (My German isn't that good ;-) ) .. so I called TRUCKMO and they helped.
Today I recieved the package, and everything is just fine.
