Az itt írt neved alapján nem találtunk beazonosítható rendelést. Attól függően, hogy egy megrendelt sneaker budapesti üzletünk vagy valamelyik külföldi raktárunk készletén van, a kiszállítási idő 2-14 munkanap lehet és természetesen nem szükséges emlékeztetni minket, hogy szállítsuk ki a rendelést, azt a lehető legrövidebb időn belül megtesszük.

Hi Inout-Cristian, if you experience any problem with an order/delivery, please contact first us via e-mail or telephone to be able to resolve the issue. Based on your name we were able to track your order and it's unfortunately true that it was not shipped due to an error on our side. As you ordered with payment to the courier of course you only have to pay, when the package arrives to you.
Please contact us at support@truetosole.hu as we are ready to ship your order if you confirm that you are still would like to receive it. Once again: you only have to pay when you receive it.
Please forward us those emails, you mentioned, we would like to check them.
We apologize for the confusion and we hope that we can prove to you that True to Sole is a legit business with your satisfaction as first priority.
Great site
It took a while for the package to arrive but the shoes were in perfect condition although the box was a bit scuffed. All in all, i recommend the site

Nicely designed shop, limited sneakers, great Staff
The Staff is very friendly and helpful. You can find all the newest limited sneakers. Also, highly recommend to visit the shop if you are in Budapest, it is designed for sneaker geeks.

Nice and premium store in the heart of Budapest
The staff is totally helpful and friendly, they have a good sneaker and streetwear selection. Bought some stuff and definitely gonna order online next time.
