Prompt service, delivery of good quality

With the heatwave making this whole week absolutely unbearable, we decided we want a specific inflatable swimming pool for the garden and we need it fast! Amazon didn't have it at all, eBay was coming from China, Argos had nothing available at all, let alone next day delivery. I've never heard about bargain max but they rose to the task! Next day delivery for £1.99, a first time buyer voucher for £5 off, and we are now sitting in our new inflatable pool! Great service and really nothing to complain about :)

Love the prices and that I can use clearpay or klarna if I need too, just got my granddaughter a beautiful bike for 114 pounds far cheaper than anywhere else, plus all the toys I got with 30pc off too. Always look here first when shopping for my granddaughters, you never know what your going to find.

Bargain Max has great products, the website is really easy to use. The customer service is fantastic, as I had a question about my order & I was able to talk with someone & have my query solved within a few hours. Will definitely be a returning customer.

Ordered a sonic bike for my son, can’t fault the delivery as this did arrive on time. From looking at the bike it looked great quality- then I went to build it. The front wheel was far too wide for the fork of the bike to fit into it as described in the instructions. Unable to loosen the nut as this just kept spinning either side, even if we did loosen this the nut needed to be placed exactly where it was to secure the front wheel in place. This was all the night before my son’s birthday. Stressful and frustrating, but it got worse. I’m completely unable to complete the return form online on their website as this just times out and glitches every time I try to use it. Unable to find anything to contact this company to return the bike - won’t ever use them again. Buy cheap buy twice as they say, I’ve certainly leant my lesson.

Order came as described and day earlier than expected would definitely order again great service no issues.

The toy, a lovely birthday Barbie, arrived well package and in tip top condition on the delivery date. I re-directed my order to a parcel shop very easily and collected it without problems. All in all a good shopping experience.
