This is the first time I have bought anything from Bargain Max and I was really impressed with their prices.The delivery was quick within a few days of ordering.I would highly recommend my family and friends to have a look on this site as they have a really great choice for all ages.

The toy, a lovely birthday Barbie, arrived well package and in tip top condition on the delivery date. I re-directed my order to a parcel shop very easily and collected it without problems. All in all a good shopping experience.

I was looking for Star Wars figures online and came across BargainMax who were the cheapest I could find and with the offer they were running i saved even more money. My order arrived the next day and was perfect. I'd definitely recommend.

Great prices, very quick shipping, good variety of products.

My parcel arrived soaking wet and my daughter's doll was wet and broken. I have been in touch multiple times to try and return for a refund and I have yet to get a response from the shop. Good prices but terrible customer service when something goes wrong.

Evri have left the parcel on my front door for everyone to see when I had a safe place organised with them. They also stated that they would deliver between 1730 and 1830 which would of been ideal as someone was going to be home by then but no they delivered at 1555hrs and didn’t even wait to see if anyone home. They just took photo for proof of delivery and left. I would suggest change your carrier and the experience would improve 100 %.

Product was delivered in a box that was battered about and taped up, damaged corners, looked like a second hand purchase 😔

Received defective product and no response when I’m trying to return.
Very unhappy with the experience- was hoping to have a great gifting experience for my child first bike which turned out to a defective product - no replacement no refund - Disappointed.!!!!

Bought the ice cream cart ,was well worth the money .....I had read some bad reviews but I am really pleased with this product.my grandchildren love it....would definitely recommend.

I ordered a pool specifically because a heatwave was hitting and I wanted it as a surprise gift for my grandson to cool off in. I relied on the next-day delivery promise so he could enjoy it while the weather was perfect.
While the package technically arrived on time, the experience completely fell apart due the courier company that is used Evri !! It was glaringly obvious that the box had been tampered with.
When I opened it, the actual pool was completely missing-the only thing inside was the pool cover.
Because of this security issue of delivery , my grandson missed out on the hot weather. I had to wait 3 days for a replacement to arrive, and by the time it got here, the heatwave had passed and the weather has turned.
It is incredibly disappointing to pay for next-day delivery during a spell of great weather, only to have a tampered box and missing items completely ruin the surprise. Very let down by this experience.
Overall happy with the product and great value just a shame the choice of courier service lets it down
