TruGreen - Concord Opiniones 2

This is one of the worst experiences we had. They promised a comprehensive lawn care with overseeding and aeration without telling us that they would not support the Bermuda seed. Therefore they just applied a kind of unknown fertilizer and deweed which didn't work at all and did the aeration without informing us the we are not going to get the overseed. I accidentally saw the guy outside of our house and asked why isn't he completing his task and he said we are supposed to buy the seed ourselves and do it ourselves. I want our money back and asked for a manager to call me but they are not escalating it to a manager and hung up on me. DO YOURSELF A FAVER AND DON"T WORK WITH THEM>

I have been a customer of TruGreen for seven months now. They have destroyed my lawn. I call and complain and they send out someone who sprays my lawn (dirt now) with no result. I have tried to explain to them time and time again that they have killed my lawn and I want to know what they are going to do about it. No reply from TruGreen! My guess is that they are waiting for the winter rains and hope that some of my lawn will come back and they won't have to deal with it? I wish I would have read the reviews first!
