TruGreen - D.C. North Opiniones 2

I almost never write a negative review but this is a WARNING TO THE PUBLIC. TruGreen has been used in our for THREE SEPARATE OF OUR FAMILIES' HOMES so you cannot say it was a single time or that we didn't give it a chance or that we didn't follow through on their recommendations (by season - summer, spring, fall and obviously not in the winter). We signed up expecting our lawn to be treated well for weeds, etc, we did all their recommendations by season, we paid, we followed up to discuss how it was going with our lawns (paid so much for barely any difference - weeds still grew rampant, grass was brown and unhealthy with patches). On some occasions, they would "supposedly" have shown up and had not left ANY NOTICE on the door but would CHARGE US ANYWAY and our cameras showed NO ONE that day. We even finally cut off the service after a YEAR of this and THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS later. They still CHARGED US for the "alleged" visit and after multiple calls to TruGreen to explain that we don't want to pay for a service we never got especially after we already canceled - they just kept resending the bills and we'd call call call again and again to be reassured it was "handled" and today we got notice from COLLECTIONS! UGH! ARE YOU SERIOUS, TRUGREEN? I don't have time to make a federal case out of this nor do I want my credit score affected so we paid. What fake BS service are you supposedly doing for people? This is so unethical and we have always paid but of course we complained for a charge after we CANCELED and you "supposedly" came (come and check our cameras and prove us wrong). PLEASE STOP YOUR HORRIBLE SCAM AND PLEASE BOYCOTT TRUGREEN TO SAVE OTHER FAMILIES FROM BEING LIED TO - THEY ARE OVERPROMISING, OVERCHARGING, UNDERDELIVERING AND EVEN SUSPICIOUSLY CHARGING FOR THEIR NON-VISITS.

I used TruGreen this past year. I assumed that when my property was serviced I was having my entire lawn done. Not true, I installed security cameras late summer. During 1 visit I sat outside and watched them service the front yard then went inside. I decided I would check my backyard video and noticed that he never set foot back there. I contacted TruGreen via email and the reply just said they would make a note of it. I paid the bill prior to my checking the video. I asked for a partial refund and was told it would be considered. It's been 2 weeks and no refund. Enough said, I'm done. Will never use them again...
