My husband was out tending our ORGANIC garden in our backyard when he suddenly was sprayed from our neighbor's yard which flanks the back of our property. The person doing the spraying was covering a tree in chemical insecticide, which landed directly onto my husband and contaminated the vast majority of our backyard garden. Indiscriminate spraying is an abhorrent practice, and potentially poisoning our organic food source is wholly unacceptable. My husband confronted the employee, but the damage has been done. Hopefully there won't be any lasting effect to my husband's health as a result of this, otherwise there may be grounds for a suit.

We have had a very bad experience with TrueGreen. They do a good job with the lawn, but they come periodically, with minimal to no warning and they don’t service because we had no warning to open our gate or keep our dog inside. Then it takes hours on end on the phone to get them to repeat the whole process with limited success. Overall, the only thing satisfactory is the lawn service itself. Everything else has been a terrible experience. If they were to have functioning logistics then there would be no problem. However, until then, we would NEVER recommend this service to anyone.
