Tru Green has ruined my whole front yard.I used to have grass in my front yard,but after their treatments my front yard is mostly mud.

Worse service ever!!!

TruGreen provided a service that I had not requested. Because i was considering them, I completed the initial customer application form, complete with my credit card. What a mistake! They did something in my yard. After calling them, I was assured that my application would be destroyed and no amount would be billed. Well they did bill my card. To prevent this in the future, the card company cancelled my card.

My neighbor was also disappointed in their service. Treat them like a gangster, RUN!!!

Smartest thing I did was not prepaying for the year. Only service I got that was complete as agreed was the first. Been struggling since. Half effort on aeration. Yesterday’s service took 7 minutes from arrival to departure. How is that even possible. I saved the video from my cameras. After complaining I’m told that there is another service coming. I cancelled and called it a learning experience until I got a charge to my account today. That money better be returned TruGreen. Bait and switch Crooks with the sorriest service I’ve ever seen.
