TruGreen - Indianapolis West Opiniones 5

After 12 years of using TruGreen (I’ve prepaid every year for 12 years), today, I found out why my back yard looks so bad. The tech (Brian from the West side office in Indianapolis) knocked on my door this morning to do an application. After he informed me that his work order only stipulated that the front yard was as being treated. I informed Brain that his information was incorrect. I asked him to call his office and confirm what I told him. I went in the house and called TruGreen’s 800 number. By the time I reached a human being in customer service, and she confirmed I had paid for the entire yard fr the ast 12 years, I looked out and Brian was gone. He did not do the back yard as instructed and he never bothered to call in to confirm my request or verify my information So, based on the condition of my back yard lawn, it’s obvious that TruGreen has been ripping me off for 12 years. This is unacceptable.

True green is the worst Lawn care company out there. We started service in March and they came 45 days later for first service, disappeared and reappeared this week for a service. Technician understood my lawn needed other things and they added services without contacting me. Out of the blue they charged $159 for the service due to all the things they added at will without our consent. My base rate is $69 dollars. Not only they are irresponsable you can’t trust them. Canceling the service and reporting this to BBB.

I reviewed earlier and and can’t find the review. A rep from trugreen followed up with me to reach a solution which was more than I expected so I am giving them another review. This is predicated on getting the work requested completed. They did not ask me to change my previous review. I felt it’s the right thing if a company wants to correct things from the past. A good company shouldn’t be measured on the number of positive reviews they have. They should be assessed on how they handle mistakes or challenges.

Thank you Mr.Bond for doing a great job on my yard today. Also, thank you for the great communication and KNOCKING ON MY DOOR TO DO YOUR JOB! I wish there were more TruGreen employees like you! Thanks again!!
