I prepaid for a yearly TruGreen plan with specific services and a clear schedule. Despite that, TruGreen scheduled and completed treatments outside the agreed-upon terms—without my authorization and without notice. These off-schedule visits were then counted against my prepaid plan.

On top of the scheduling problems, the results were poor. I was very disappointed in the control of dollar weed; it persisted throughout the season despite their “control” treatments.

TrueGreen is not a company who cares about any lawn The lawns that they're supposed to maintain. We have called continuously for continued large amount of weeds in our lawn, killing are plants with their chemicals, Not actually looking at our lawn each visit to see what it might need, Did not notice chintz bugs in our lawn Until it was too late, Continually, placing sod patches where the areas were not treated properly. Installing dead sod squares and saying they did something About it. Customer service is a crap shoot, Customer service one day, no customer service on another day. Will never recommend this company.

. I was a customer until a couple of days ago when I noticed that my yard needed service . A good section of the grass in my backyard is dead . I called to cancel my service with Tru Green because I am very disappointed in therir work . I am sending pictures attached to this email to show this company about the damage they did to my yard.

Just cant get a manager in Jacksonville Florida to call me! dollar weeds along outer perimeter of yard that they just wont spray. yearly ant service with 3 callbacks yet to eliminate them or even put solution on a mound that is obvious.Customer service is what is missing here. Always have to speak with national company and never local. When is yearly service not yearly? when they start billing unauthorized 3 months prior to end of year. Would not recommend!

Awful! My grasses are worst of all to compare to my neighbors lawns. I complained. They sent their workers to come and left did nothing twice or 3x.. I complained again. At last,a worker came and took my soil samples but I heard nothing for months waiting for the result. My grasses are getting worse . They only care is making money, not my grasses at all. Trugreen is the worst service in my life.

Trugreen is a horrible business and a for a place of employment do not I repeat do not get this company for your lawn or try to work there the most disgusting place ever in Jacksonville Florida I would not even give them one star but it would not let me comment without it

I canceled my service with trugreen today they are not a reliable company there were suppose to have been at my house on August 12 2021 to spray my yard for mosquitoes and never should up nor did they call to let me know anything I had to reach out to them in which I was told it was canceled for a foreseen reason and then today there where suppose to have came out to treat my yard and again didn't show or contact me 8 had to reach out to them both times this time they couldn't give me a reason so I canceled my service and will be giving another company the opportunity

I called TrueGreen because my wife gave birth at the beginning of summer where my grass grows ridiculously tall due to the rain and a retention pond in the back that keeps the grass wet and healthy. I called TrueGreen to have my lawn mowed due to it getting out of hand and the fact that I couldn’t handle it myself due to taking care of my family. Well the sales rep, I don’t remember his name, said they will come out and take care of it for me and set me up with a basic treatment package and I would just have to keep the lawn maintained afterwards for them (I thought that was a little weird but whatever) when they come out every 4-6 weeks. So a week goes by, the lawn care workers show up at my house and guess what? They say they do everything but mow lawns and that they are not doing anything for me until I cut my grass. The lawn care worker even said the sales rep “probably lied” to get a sale. How are you a lawn care company and you don’t even cut grass?! What a ridiculous waste of my time. I am never even going to look in their direction again and I advise others to do the same. This company is a joke.
