Not a good experience for the year of…
Not a good experience for the year of service I paid for in advance. To start with my lawn is looking better. I have had the service for the last 9 months and are now at the start of summer in the desert. My first problem was during the resending late last year. The technician ran over an exposed sprinkler line and damaged it. I had to shut off the water to repair my self. The resending was a joke as their machine was the same as I could have rented from Home Depot and did not penetrate the soil even though it had been watered for several days multiple times a day. Re sending did nothing. Next the sent a tech to do resending again 3 months later and tried to tell me it was another season and the account was set on auto renew. Even though I had 5 months remaining on my prepaid account. The explanation was that their are two seasons they use for that service. Next was taking three months of communication to get the bill corrected after they charged me $300+ and drained my account for the second resending that affected my pre-paid plain. Next was when the technician on my last lawn treatment only did half my front lawn and none of my back lawn. Not sure but if you see cameras around a job site you may want to do all the work.
