Trugreen has deleted a number of poor…

Trugreen has deleted a number of poor reviews, including the one I wrote. The proof is in the fact that the local branch shows an overall rating of 3 stars but only show two reviews, both of which are 1 star.
I ended my contract back in July because of their overall poor performance, However, I’m still repairing the the damage to my lawn that they caused.

Horrible service Pittsburgh area

Took them 3 times to get the application correct. They do not show up when scheduled. Automated service stated that they were on site, when they were not. This is a poor lawn service. Buy your own product and do it yourself, you will get better results.

NO COMMUNICATION

When I called TruGreen I explained to the rep that I have 2 trees I had tried treating on my own and appeared to still be dying and told them how I want to save these trees and would like to have them come out and look at them and let me know their opinion. They told me this was what they do and we scheduled a diagnosis appointment. They sent me an ETA that morning of 6PM which was good for me bc i had asked for after 4PM so that I could be there. Around noon I received a text my service was completed, no diagnosis on the trees no conversation if they could be saved. I called customer service and was provided a wrong number for the technician called back and was advised by 2nd rep they do not give phone numbers so the last rep was lying. This rep was also no help and offered to have someone call me back. The "supervisor" called me back the next day and I felt even less accomplished after speaking with her. She set up another appointment to have someone come out and do a diagnosis with me present and advised she would notate I wanted a call and that he would need to arrive prior to 0800 or after 1600 so I could be there. Keep in mind this could all be avoided if they could communicate and contact their own employees so I could speak with the first tech. I asked the Supervisor why she did not find any issue with the fact they cannot speak with their own employees and received no feedback. Before the follow up appointment I received an email from them with a future treatment and charges email... still no diagnosis though!! This morning was to be the follow up appointment and felt a glimmer of hope when I received a text message @ 0600 that the rep was going to be at my home in 30 minutes. This never happened, instead every 5 minutes the ETA was changed and the time moved out. I am already late for work at this point and place a call to them to explain the situation and see if they can get ahold of this tech as it is now showing a different person. The rep was baffled the entire call no feedback no resolution no way to reach this person find out what time they were coming or if at all. After 10 minutes on the phone with this rep he just quietly hung up. The blinking light on the map that showed my tech had not moved in the 3 hours since the first notice I had received. I called back and spoke to another rep and advised i wanted all future services cancelled and no one on my premises today as I was not authorizing them to be there. The rep advised me that she would cancel the call. I asked if he would receive notice it was cancelled to which she replied yes. I stated so he will get the cancellation notice but you cannot notify this tech to call me. She had no words. With the way the world is now how do you allow people on someone else property with no way to contacting them?? What if something had happened when he was on my property, how would they have ever gotten a hold of this employee?? Had i read the reviews prior to booking i never would have booked them.
