Trugreen is a Complete SCAM company BEWARE ! They charged me for an aerating my lawn and they never did the Service. Wold not take it off my Credit Card. Austin Hunter was the Manager who would not take it off my Credit Card. DO NOT EVER GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD to charge on AUTO - they will send out services you DO NOT WANT and never asked for, and its usually when you are NOT home so you dont know until they charge your card ...! They use DANGEROUS chemicals and lie and say they are fine! THEY are Dishonest and should be shut down, they engage in deceptive business practices and not only have I wrote to the Attorney General of CT, I am writing to the BBB and further if I could. DO NOT USE this company

TruGreen Rocky Hill office is terrible have had the same issue since mid July. They don't show up with the proper equipment to do the job on my property. So i get a lousy job done. Have contacted them several times and still they don't respond. They are a terrible company to work with. I will be looking for someone new next year. Tied of empty promises! Rocky Hill CT office is the pits!
