they were told to call me the day before treatment. all is well, the Company went to great lengths in resolving my concerns. All were very concerned about my satisfaction with their service.

This morning I met and requested a supervisor last fall to come and walk our lawn with me It was a total waste of time! We have almost an acre and it took all of maybe minutes if lucky
His answers were we have the wrong grass( which we have had and at one point was very lush and thick years ago) we have been your customer with your package deal with grub treatments for 8 years
We Aeration & Overseeding every year We have moss growing in full sun areas His answer to that was he had that too in his lawn(which really made me feel good)
And the major reason I called was we had mole tunnels running thru our back yard (the last photo shows a tunnel filled with leaves) moles feed on insects and grubs His reply
Was we don’t deal with moles I did not expect him to catch them but since we have grub control for 8 years I do not expect to see them in my yard
My husband didn’t ask me before he sent our payment in again for the year I immediately contacted other
Services and am looking the cancellation of our services
Would never recommend you to anyone
