Had to cancel my service
Had to cancel my service, they came and did the first application and that worked well, the problem was they kept coming up with excuses to not perform subsequent applications "Lanscaping crews were on my lawn" was the excuse. Funny I mow my own lawn. I called and complained was told they would be out July 1st. Well that came and went. Now its 2 months since the first application. Ok then they rescheduled and they said they would be there on July 12th. On the twelfth I recieved the same message. Lanscaping crew was on my lawn. Really?!!. Ok so the east side of my house has a gate behind the main gate that may have been a reason, but the west gate had no interferences behind it and on that last day my wife was home and the tech didnt even come up to the door. The pre notification did not work and the number kept being flagged by my phone as spam.
