TruGreen - Sugar Land Opiniones 2

Let me start off by saying, all the photos attached were taken 11 months into my trugreen service this year of 2022. I have followed all required watering recommendations with my automated irrigation system. The amount of money, time, and headache I spent on an entire year of trugreen service in my yard and it looks like this, there is not one excuse this stupid company can ever give the justifies that. I’m not just some idiot who doesn’t understand landscaping turf management or proper lawn care maintenance. I used to work for a landscaping company and I have always had the healthiest best thickest luscious green is Lawn on the block. I am very familiar with chemicals fertilizers soil management and everything involving landscaping. Due to some unforeseen personal schedule challenges, I hired trugreen to help, or so I thought. Since then, all they have done is make excuses, literally, and my yard has more weeds and looks worse than when they started and ever before.

- They haven’t killed weeds in my yard since I started in Feb.
- I have areas of grass that are just low and bear, not filling in, and or are completely dying, neighbors that don’t even use a paid service yards look better than mine.
- To make matters worse, Trugreen applied Double the annual application of sulfur to my lawn within 5 days (see attachment) starting the death of it.
- Technicians have showed up multiple times after I cancelled or rescheduled appts with more than sufficient notice and while my gate was locked, so through my video doorbell while I was in meetings at work, I had to tell them they can’t perform and unscheduled/unplanned service that day.
-On days when they were supposed to show up, I used a vacation day to stay home from work, pick the yard up, keep the dog in, dog poops all over my house, no one shows up ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS.

Scam! Full of promises- I got mosquito and fleas ticks and ants protection. Even after a week saw ants and mosquitoes and called them to come back and retreat- the first available was 3 weeks later. So it only a promise they don’t keep. Regarding the pest control - it only protects 5 feet of your premises where there is landscaping from fleas and ants. They charged me extra since I have a large size yard. If only the perimeter of the house is covered for pest control why does the yard size matter. The man walked so fast while dispensing granules like his tail was on fire! When I called corporate office they assured me that it will be taken care of. Only one did they take care. After that responded to my email and no one was sent.
