The fitters worked so hard and went the extra mile with my garden. Top tier gentleman

5 star service from start to finish. We wanted to lay some artificial grass in our playground for children with additional needs. We wanted the area to look nice and be safe, The service from our initial enquiry through to site visit and then installation was highly professional from everyone along the way and the work was of a very high standard. The follow up information was also valuable and well received. I would highly recommend Trulawn for value for money, amazing service and quality workmanship.

Their workmanship was excellent, they are a really nice with good mannerism and they are extremely tidy, really good and we are very pleased with work. However our Canopy was damaged by the equipment they used, and trying to get a response from the office for a resolve was very poor. The person responsible hadn't advise the office about the accident apparently. I have only just received the compensation for our claim from their insurers, which was an ongoing issue with me having to chase them for a response. I would be happy to recommend them, their work and honesty was really nice, accidents do happen. I just wish their insurers and office acted faster, I can deal with incidents and knowing there will be a resolve but I just don't like having to chase these issues.

Top Job all round.
From the initial quote to completion of the job was all absolutely spot on.
Very pleased with the look and finish, would 100% recommend.

Great service from the initial visit right through to the job being completed.

Great team.

Arrived on time.
Hard working team
Good final result.

A quick quality professional service

The team did their work professionally and promptly. They were all very considerate and polite. Our new lawn looks fantastic and we are so glad that we used Tuulawn.
Highly recommended them from conducting the survey through to completion.

Brilliant experience from start to finish, staff second to none, extremely polite and helpful. The artificial lawn looks amazing! my dog loved it as soon as it was put down.

They came early and work hard and got on with the job can’t fault the workmen or our experience throughout. We are very happy with the work they did our lawn now looks good

Mark from trulawn came to survey and give me a quote which was a lot lower than other companies I had quotes from, when the day came for fitting the fitting team were very professional and prepared the area and laid the astro turf in 1 day they explained the warranty on the astro turf and the fitting warranty. I also told my sister and brother in law who came round looked at the quality and have decided to have trulawn fit some for them

Love our new lawn, your team have done a great job, so pleasant & hard working a credit to your company.
Thank you.

Love our new lawn.
The guys completed the job in one day, and we're super happy with the outcome.
The quote was better than local independent installers, and the quality of the grass is top-notch.

The installation team turned up on time and were very courteous and efficient. We felt confident enough to leave them to simply got on with the job and our confidence was rewarded. They completed the installation on time, cleaned up afterwards and left our property in a tidy state. We are very pleased with the end result and have the benefit of a two year warranty on the installation and ten years on the artificial grass.

Very clean and hardworking, polite and informative 👍

All very efficient. From the ordering process till the job was finished. Staff were helpful and very efficient and competent and did a very good job.

Very nice couple of chaps, worked hard, very nice and friendly. Well pleased

I couldn’t be happier with the service from Danny and his team at Trulawn. From start to finish, the whole process was absolutely seamless – from the first phone call with the office, through the quote appointment, to booking and having the work carried out, everything was handled in a truly professional manner.

On the day, Danny and his team were fantastic. They arrived promptly, were polite and respectful throughout, and worked incredibly efficiently. They completely transformed my back garden – digging out the old lawn and fitting my brand-new artificial lawn in just 4 hours. The result is amazing, and they made sure to clean up every bit of mess, leaving my garden spotless and looking better than ever.

I’m so impressed with both the quality of the work and the professionalism of the entire team. I would highly recommend Trulawn, Danny, and his crew to anyone considering artificial grass – they made the whole experience stress-free and delivered an outstanding finish.

Fantastic experience from quote to installation. Everything exactly as promised. Billy and the team were great.
