Great communication and a friendly efficient service to book

Just booked for an experience at the Shard in July. The helpline at Truly are fantastic! Thank you Maria-Teodora and Jian for helpful advice (Truly concierges)

Jian completed my booking same day with no problems, and then when I had to change the booking due a late plan change it was done the same day as well!

Jian was easy to deal with, clear and prompt. This is proper customer service

Ellen and her colleagues were excellent in dealing with unexpected changes to our availability. Communication was very good, with each point in my emails being addressed quickly and efficiently. At all times the approach was to find solutions rather than to see problems.

So impressed with this company . I bought a voucher for lunch at the Shard during lockdown . I realised it had expired , and they very kindly extended it to a later date or offered me the amount back to a gift certificate . I have struggled to make the date , so e mailed , and they have put the money back onto a certificate to use at a later date . They were so helpful . Would highly recommend this company .Excellent customer service .

Great customer service that makes the experience super easy to organise. They are super friendly and do all the work for you to make it as easy as possible- all you have to do is show up!

Really great customer service. Jian has been so helpful in booking me on a painting class, which I received as a birthday gift. I have a really busy schedule as I travel often at short notice for work so have had to reschedule a few times. Following the unexpected death of my Uncle, Vanessa helped to transfer a gift for him to a gift card so that the experience could be taken at a later time. She was sympathetic and helpful throughout.
