This is an email I sent to the company:

I must give you a reply to my first order of your Peppermint Gum. I gave it to two people in my office, along with myself. The gum was so strong that each of us thought we were having major medical issues. It made our mouths hurt so bad, and anything you tried to drink to calm down the pain just made it worse. I am sure we are not the only ones to experience such mouth pain from your product. It was absolutely horrible.

We will never buy your product again, and I will personally share our negative experience with everyone I can to warn people. This product could easily hurt someone. My guess is that this product has not passed the FDA approval process.

I’m not easily persuaded to even try this kind of thing usually but the positive comments I read was enough for me to give it a try 100% glad I did

Product is excellent and does just as advertised. Its my go to when drained of energy or have a big day as I work outside all day in all weather. Mint is super strong ti say the least. Its an experience lol. You dont have them because they are good to eat but for the effect and I dont know of anything that works better. They are pricey but worth every cent. Lost one star for slow shipping. Was almost 4 weeks.

This is the worst and scariest product I have ever taken- The inside of my head burned so much I cried and had to apply pressure to my head to relieve the pain - One time was enough. My Husband immediately spit his out. They should take this off the market of add a huge WARNING. Take at your own risk... Not for Human consumption!

Absolute agony once you've chewed it. If you have a glass of water after that - oh my days. Excruciating.

Shipping was 2 weeks to AUS wasent too bad. Packaged well. When I read gums I feel like it should be like a chewy and chew it. When I did chew the first one holy moly that was strong and cold feeling. Not sure if they actuly boost anything I think it's just the flavour that makes it feel that way. Now I have 20 9 tablet sheets haha

Love the product I can tell a difference right off the bat doesn’t get you jittery 😬 or wired just gives you a boost of energy and focus me and my family take it religiously

This company is not what it seems. Trumora don’t tell you this, but it’s based in china and delivery takes around 5 weeks.

As this isn’t mentioned anywhere before you buy, straight away you feel like you’ve been conned.

They have a 30 day guarentee plastered on their website - ITS FAKE - I requested the returns policy 5 separate times over these 5 weeks and kept getting told my delivery was on its way - I explained I didn’t trust the company and felt deceived and would like to get the returns underway - it was ignored

The order arrived and I once again asked for the returns, I’ve now been charged £20 for a £40 order, again should not say 30 day guarentee on the website of you do not guarentee the return.

This company is clearly nothing but fraudsteres, the customer service is shocking.

Makes you wonder what’s actually in the gum….. not worth the risk

Trumora advertise that they were on “Shark Tank” that’s not correct, nor were they endorsed by Joe Rogan - that’s Neurogum, a completely seperate business

The peppermint gum is so strong its unpalatable.
Do not drink any water to rinse, it only intensifies the burning sensation.
Don't believe the "Our Story" on the website. The photo of the founders is fake. The photo is of Jonathan & Drew Scott, the Property Brothers, a tv show in Canada

An absolute SCAM.
On seeing the advert which clearly has Neuro gum printed on the packaging. I ordered 2 packs for £30. On trying them them, I experienced an extreme burning sensation to the back of my mouth/throat for at least 10 mins plus.. I have tried to return them on their 30 day no questions asked refund policy. They only accept unopened packs. They then send me another 3 packs for £43 ( not ordered by myself) . Customer service is cannot rate - it’s the worst experience ever!!
After a dozen e-mails and pictures of packaging/items in the pack etc they have agreed to refund me. To send 1 of the 2 unopened items to ordered & the 3 they sent that I had not ordered. Return cost is at my own expense not to where it was shipped from in the UK.

After our misunderstanding that we had I’d like to say that Trumora came up top, after a small compliant about staff they resolved my issue promptly

I ordered and as previous reviewers took an age to arrive, about 5 weeks. From China. Product was exactly as ordered so had high hopes for it but nothing! I stook with it for 10 days taking 2 guns a time and nothing happened to me. Felt nothing. Thought it was me so gave a pack to my parents, they reported same disappointment. Got in touch for my money back as was satisfaction guarantee but they replied saying keep taking it and give it time. I responded with want about my satisfaction guarantee. They didn't reply after that. Felt let down and scammed. Not be buying again!

Do not buy from these people I ordered ages ago. Messaged the support email to tell them I didn’t receive my goods. I got sent a link that tell me it had been delivered but it didn’t turn up to my address.told them it hadn’t come and the postman would have to buzz as I live in a flat. I was ignored so sent another email then they just sent me back an email saying “your product was delivered to my address” basically calling me a liar. I won’t be having that Customer service is absolutely shocking. Scummy company do not buy from these people because they just don’t care

After them seeing this review they emailed me to “apologise” and offered me a full refund for a product that I never received on the basis that I edit or delete this review so basically blackmailing me…….told them to keep the money and im satisfied that ive rustled their feathers with this review as I said SCUMMY company

I ordered the gum and mints in spearmint they work well however I prefer peppermint but it's on back order. No jitters great product.

Bought for my wife and she loves the way it enerzies her when she begins to wear down in the afternoon.

I chewed a piece of that gum, and it was so mentholated that it burned my throat and gave me brain freeze at the same time. I almost took myself to the emergency room. It’s dangerous and should be taken off the market.

I do enjoy how long the single chewy lasts. Not 100% if it helps memory & Focus...may need to try for longer or use more during the day.

Amazing, I love that I get to turn and amplify my brain at times that I need a good boost. Love it
