So I am re writing it!
This site is a scam!
The video is an American car! The phone numbers on the site BOTH do not work. The item is cheap & doesn’t fit despite putting my exact make and model in.
The ABN is registered to a social media profile. The social media profile is attached to JACK Eugarde. If you search him he has been accused of scamming people in the past!
Trying to get a refund on these and all of a sudden no emails are going through!

WOULD GIVE A NO STAR REVIEW IF I COULD
Absolutely the worst thing I've gotten. Comes in three different packages, came on different days, had to email to find where it was , took ages to be delivered. Requested a refund straight away after opening the first part. Wont give me a refund. So im out of pocket $312.. Doesn't fix my car, no hardware too fix the covers, no instructions... quality is cheap. Don't buy...

Scam Company/ Products

If I could give 0 I would, they falsely advertise there products. They wont refund or let me return. They responded until I sent them an image of what I received and now after follow up emails no responses!!!

Zero Stars. What they delivered was not the same as showing in advert. Very poor quality made in China and even the packaging does is not the same as the advert coming from a box. Ordered confirmed with 2 front passenger/driver and 1 back passenger (5 seater) but it looked liked some cheap products made by scammers. Emailed them but do not want to do refunds or returns. Stopped answering my emails. Please do not buy from this company. Will need to request chargeback from the Bank.

If I could rate a "0" star I would. Total waste of time and money. Don't fit, won't answer emails. Tried to get refund to NO AVAIL. Do not waste your time and money. Total Scam. Buy from a US Company, and someone who will talk to ya.

Super long delivery time, poorly fitting.
Instructions bullshit.
Ripped on cover trying to install.

Unless you want to receive a product that doesnt fit your vehicle and deal with a company that has no care at all for their customers.
Ive sent 3 emails, none of which they have responded to.
I ordered seat covers for my 8 seater Hyundai Palisade and they sent what I can only assume are 2 sets of 2nd row covers, neither of which actually fit my car. 2nd row too small, 3rd row too big.
They also resemble more of a seat protector than a seat cover, they dont cover the sides of backs of the seats, just a flap of fabric that hooks over the headrest and tucks in.
Very disappointing waste of almost $600 - wish I read these reviews prior to my purchase!

I paid $249 for a Trunki product and was extremely disappointed to receive something that did not meet the service standards or specifications advertised on their website.

The product simply does not align with what was promoted, and for the price point, the quality and functionality fall well below expectations. When I raised these concerns, I clearly outlined my rights under Australian Consumer Law. However, instead of addressing the issue, the company repeatedly referred back to their internal policy, which does not override consumer protections in this country.

To make matters worse, they have since stopped responding to my emails altogether. Due to the lack of accountability and communication, I have had no choice but to escalate the matter and dispute the transaction with my bank.

Overall, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would strongly caution others before purchasing.

Material for seat covers is very cheap 100% not worth $280 and do not fit my car properly do yourself a favour and do not purchase.

Poor fit too small, tried to return for wrong product sent they refused a refund offered to replace missing peices in the wrong colour i refused but they dont care worst customer service no respect for their customers getting the wrong items or having to wait monts for those items. I ordered red and black they sent me 2 x front red and black seat covers no head rest covers, and 2 black seat covers no middle section when I ordered a set for a 5 seater Jeep in Red and Black I paid $349 them they went on sale a day later at $299 I have had to report the issue to my bank amd the ACCC. I still dont have the seat covers for the back of my Jeep and the front seat covers dont fit due to very poor fittment and a 2 inch gap innthe seat covers showing the sests underneath. This is the type of company that has total disregard for consumer law and the ACCC they falsly advertise their product do dont supply the goods and they are slow and dismissive.
Before you order do your homework look for a better quality product read all the poor reviews. This company is a SCAM they only care about getting your money and nothing else. They will blatantly lie to you and refuse you your legal rights of a refund and still not be able to provide you what what was ordered.
Buyer Beware I still dont have a refund or the product I ordered from them 3 months later.

Ordered front and rear seat covers under my selected car model. Were too large, blocked the seatbelts and looked very cheap. I contacted trunki with photos for a resolution and the response was basically too bad, the model selection has variations and is considered as change of mind so they're unable to assist. $500 down the drain. Terrible product, misleading website and shocking customer service.

Bought front and rear to fit a sedan for $299. Not as good as they appear in the advertisement. No customer contact by phone although they will reply to email posts after a while. Tracking number is not worth having as 7 days later it said product ready for dispatch (again). It arrived about a week after that. Fitting instructions are nonsense and no fitting straps supplied. Rear seat covers come in 6 pieces with centres just fitted with velcro to provide universal fit. Sides and top of back seats not covered (unlike pictures). I should have read the reviews first.

I have been scammed product came from China not Australia been ripped off 500 NZ dollars. Not happy they use a fake website to scam money out of you. Seat covers turned up were shit not custom made at all. Pack of mongrels what goes around comes around

DO NOT CONSIDER BUYING FROM TRUNKI!!!!Daughter lost over $600 by ordering seat covers and mats for her 7 seater Prado. Order came in so many different deliveries. NO HARDWARE to fit seat covers. They sent 2 lots of the middle row. The back row is totally different to the middle row so they are useless. Mats are definitely not for this model. PayPal WILL NOT cover the transaction. Trunk will stop all contact when you request a refund. VERY EXPENSIVE LESSON LEARNT.

Do not order - will not receive order - lost $299 for Trunki store car seats - when seeking help you go around and around with no help about tracking

I brought car seat covers months ago.. I still havent received them and no emails no contact. I have been scammed don’t buy this product.

Awful! Totally scammed. Wish I read the reviews prior to wasting my money. Trying to get it refunded but DO NOT PURCHASE!! Four weeks on, no car seat covers, minimal communication, tracking number doesn't work, extremely terrible customer service.

I have been lied to for almost a month now. I ordered the black and grey and they haven't been sent. DO NOT GET SCAMMED. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. YOU WILL THANK ME LATER. They robbed me for almost 300 dollars
