Trustedhomesolutions Opiniones

David the salesman was very efficient and explained things so it was easy to understand with no heavy handedness. Installation date had to be changed but ended up on a date better for us in the end. Installation man turned up on time and again very efficient even when a possible problem regarding wiring to the electric meter arose he came up with a good solution. Good follow up from the company to check it had been fitted . The app is great and easy to monitor. David is coming to visit to see if we are happy so excellent follow up and I've recommended the company to two friends so quids in.

Very happy so far with the service we have received. Everything was explained very clearly to us. There was no pressure on us to buy, but it looks like it will save us a lot of money. Time will tell. Shane was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable, answering all our questions.

Scott, the company's agent, clearly and fully explained the benefits of installing a Growatt battery and replacement inverter for our solar system with no hard sell, leaving us plenty of time to consider our options. Having decided to go forward as advised, the installation was arranged in a very short time by the company. Stephen, the installation technician, was excellent and fully explained the process throughout. We are very please with the outcome which took just 12 days from Scott's visit to completion. Highly recommended.

really good service from initial contact to installation. Istallation electrician efficient, speedy and tidy and talked me through the system when completed. Already reaping rewards in terms of using less from the grid. Have no hesitation in recommending ths.

We received a 'cold call' from Trustedhomesolutions telling us about their services and, as we usually are, were cautious initially. However, once we met David who talked us through their product and was upfront, clear, knowledgable and a pleasure to talk with, and i had read their reviews, we were very happy to proceed with battery and invertor installation for our existing PV panels. The actual installation by Todd went so smoothly - he made it look easy, we discussed the best place to site it - and we were up and running within a morning. The app is brilliant. We are very pleased with the outcome, delighted with the product, and would recommend this team to anyone.

Selecting contractors to work on your house is a nightmare however Trusted Home Solutions has made it a dream. From the service team to the installation everything went as well as could be expected. Much say I have not had a sales person like Nathan, from talking out of buying too much and follow up calls to see how the system is working and even responding to texts when on holiday. I can not recommend them more, currently talking the neighbors into using them now!

Amazing service lovely people to speak to really helped and done it so quickly and efficiently amazing company!!!

Fitter arrived promptly and was very quick and professional at fitting our solar batteries. He explained how we can monitor the electricity usage on our phone. Jack in the office was very caring and made sure we were happy with everything so would certainly recommend this company.

The installer arrived on time, excellent and efficient installation, great instruction on use of equipment. All working and generating. Would definitely recommend this company.

Great service, totally transparent, thanks to Shane Bramley for making it so simple

Shane attended my mums property to quote her for a battery to work alongside her solar panels. He wasn't pushy and took the time to explain everything fully.

Brilliant from start to finish. Took a couple of hours, no real interruptions with power off. Only a couple of minutes

Shane arrived spot on time, gave a great explanation of what was required. Can't wait to get the batteries installed.

The installation was quick efficient and very clean, all carried out by professional friendly staff.
Once the installation was completed I was shown how to download and use the app in a language that was easy to understand.

We have been delighted with the service from THS. They were helpful, polite and efficient, from the initial contact to the battery installation. At no point did we feel we were being pressured into making any decisions.
Highly recommended

Very well explained and questions answered. No hard sell. Allowed us to think through the project with no constant call backs. Pricing clear. Plenty of support and advice. Polite and clean installation. Made plenty of time to show us how it all worked. Checked in with us afterwards to make sure we are happy and to offer ongoing support where needed.

I would highly recommend Trusted Home Solutions.
We had been thinking about battery storage to add to our solar panel system. They phoned us and offered to come and explain about the batteries and give us a price for the installation.
The whole process from start to finish was easy and the electrician was very friendly and efficient.
As soon as the batteries were installed we started saving money on our bills.
Thank you to all involved I would definitely deal with you again.
