We have had 3 engineers from Senergy. Two have been very good but one has not been that good as he spent more time noting how my 120 year old electricity control cupboard was out of date and needed upgrading, and I had to insist that he reconnect the inverter dongle to our WiFi, which was the main reason for his visit. Also the cost of the replacement of the inverter and AC charger as well as the maintenance contract was very high .

Isaac who came round in the first instance to check my system took his time and explained everything. The fitters Chris and Tate l found had a personable manner, took their time in explaining everything making sure I understood what they were doing, I could not have been better treated. Again l found the office staff I spoke to on the phone really nice, helpful and patient. From my experience I would definitely recommend this company.

What made me gıve a 5☆ rating was very simple. After making an appointment to have an inspection Hafiz came was very helpful. He looked at my system and said everything was perfect with my Solar panels and equipment. The reason I was not producing enough electricity was that my roof panels after my neighbours extention had left a panel in the shade. As my panels were all interlinked when one did not work all my panels stopped working. I needed Optermisers. The next day 2 young men Nick and Cain arrived and I could not ask for better work men. They done a great job and very polite. Both worked great together. I was very pleased. .

Àfter having another company do work on my solar battery. Waste of time!! I had Senergy ring me. I explained my situation an̈d Isaac came, we explained about the other company. He took a look and said what needed to be done.Any questions he answered and was very knowledgable. An appointment was made and Chris and Tate arrived to put things rigjt. Success the battery is working he removed the part the other company put in because it was not needed. Job done first class. Thankyou. 5 stars across the board. Thank you also to the nice ladies in the office.

Our inverters weren't working so called Senergy due to a family recommendation. After some consultation and figures we agreed to have a battery installed as well. Two days later had the scaffolding up and next day two guys came to install all. We were told it would be a few hours work but somehow due to the bank holiday weekend it turned to three days. It's early days but hopefully the return from the grid should be good. The company has been very understanding and helpful. They monitor the whole system so it's less worrying.

Extremely helpful gentleman, Issac, who patiently explained things to me. Appointment made and engineers pon site within 3 days. System checked, panels cleaned etc.

Although the request was for AM work, a later time was agreed. Unfortunately, the crew arrived 40 minutes late, but got on with the job straight away and did not stop until completed. They worked quietly and efficiently throughout the task, always polite.

We ordered additional batteries for our solar panels, to fit in a smallish space, fearing less use, but the installer re-arranged the batteries to use the existing space better. A short job, but cheerfully, thoughtfully and efficiently carried out.

The people were polite, pleasant, tidy and got on with the job in hand. Pleased with them and the results, though too early to be able to judge. They only did it yesterday evening.

Senergy turned up when they said they would and, so far as I can tell, did what they promised. I'll now have to see whether I get the promised benefits.

Polite in all contacts. Service engineers appeared on the right morning and carried out the inspections efficiently. Corrected a couple of problems with my access to system monitoring.

Installation went well although delayed. Team worked well and finished late into the evening, so once they started the installation, they stayed until they finished the job.

All went well throughout. Little delay engineers arriving. Some confusion about an issue but was quickly solved by reginal manager

I am now able to give a good review of this company. What happened was the fault of another company Synergy works with. But I had to wait from the end of January to 11/3/26 for things to be resolved despite my many phone calls.
