Great delivery and communication. Mat shed a lot of black fluff for a while but after vacuuming seems ok. Only time will tell how durable it is as early days. Very satisfied at present.

I ordered a polycarbonate mat for my…
I ordered a polycarbonate mat for my carpeted study to use with my castor-mounted desk chair.
Trusted Mats provided a first-class product at a very reasonable price. More important was the extremely helpful advice and support I received from Rebecca, their Customer Services Representative. She patiently helped me resolve an issue concerning the mat's tendency to move when sitting at my desk for prolonged periods. She had noticed I had ordered a second, similar mat, and contacted me to query this. She offered to hold the second order while I tried out her suggestions for stopping the creeping movement of the original mat. That issue solved, Trusted Mats immediately refunded the cost of the second mat.
I can't recommend this company, its products and its staff highly enough.

Really pleased to hear the mat itself is now working perfectly in your study too. The Polycarbonate Chair Mat is a great choice for a carpeted room, and once it's sitting firmly in place it makes such a difference to the ease of movement and floor protection.
Thank you so much for the recommendation and do feel free to come back to us whenever you need any more matting in the future!

I am so pleased with my mat
I am so pleased with my mat. It was easy to place my order, the delivery was prompt and the mat was carefully packaged. It looks just like it did in the photo and is very similar to a mat that I already have, that has lasted for many years, with heavy use, and is still going strong. I have no doubt that this mat will last as long.

Great mat
Great mat! I have tried many different cheaper mats to go on my carpet for my desk chair, and none were any good. My trustedmats mat is great. Works perfectly, great quality - wish I had gone with them earlier. If you have tried cheaper mats and are not satisfied, I highly recommend trying trustedmats!

Thank you for the brilliant review and the recommendation! It's something we hear quite often — people go through several cheaper alternatives before eventually finding us, and we always wish we could have saved them the hassle sooner! The Ultra Thick Polycarbonate is a significant step up from standard chair mats, and once you've experienced the difference in quality it's hard to go back.

We were recommended these by a friend who said it was the only non slip mat he had found that worked..... And now I would say exactly the same, have always had a problem with the door mat.... No longer it stays just where it should be.
