Great delivery and communication. Mat shed a lot of black fluff for a while but after vacuuming seems ok. Only time will tell how durable it is as early days. Very satisfied at present.

The mat I received - a chair mat - is great. Only used it for a couple weeks, but it is solid. Doesn't budge or crack. Holds up well to my very heavy ergonomic chair.
Also contacted customer service to cancel an item from my order before it was shipped, which they did promptly.

Great service and quality products. Fabulous doormats for inside and outside our back door. The rubber fingertip works very effectively. Pulling dirt, debris and pea shingle off your boots before you step inside. Also super easy to rinse off.
Delivery was super fast even for the made to order inside mat which is a perfect fit.
