Buying online couldn't have been easier...
Buying online couldn't have been easier, the products are explained in great detail, and I had a good experience with the live chat. They're a little on the expensive side but having now been using my chair mat for a week I can tell the difference in quality from what I was using before.
My only bit of feedback is it would be nice if the images and the colour selections were clearer, I wasn't too sure what red I was getting without a little help from your live chat agent.

Very happy with my mat. It arrived promptly and well packaged. I had expected it to have a strong smell but it barely has a smell at all. Works a treat especially in all the wet weather we are having.

At one point I had a query about the delivery of items.
I was able to phone Trusted Mats directly and speak to a real person after a ring of a few seconds. This 'old world' service is badly missed nowadays. As it happens, I spoke to a director who quickly provided assurances and afterwards sent a confirmative email.
Quite outstanding!!
Oh, and the carpet arrived as ordered!

Small mat
Easy to use website, good choice of sizes and prompt delivery. Underlay remains well in place on carpet, but small mat above has a slight creep so replace it each morning. A great improvement to how it was before.

A great office mat
A great office mat. After looking through lots of reviews from lots of retailers I’m glad I settled on this one. A semi-rigid mat, not too big and not too small, and perfect for a deep pile carpet. Failed to read the instructions prior to snipping the packaging tape and didn’t realise it would explode open! Be aware!
