I would have given zero stars but 1 star is the lowest can give. Rubbish definitely a scam. Waited 3 weeks no updates, no reply no customer service, no call back. FALSE, SCAM, Don't place any orders. I've contacted my bank to ask for a charge back on my card.
I ordered a shed for £299 on the 30/08/2026 order went through they took my money it is now 22/09/2026 and I have not heard anything since tried emailing the company tried phoning just a dead line stay away from this company they are 100% a scam if I could get hold of them the way I feel at the moment they wouldn’t be alive to tell the story
STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!
Ordered bin store 30/8 , took money but no emails or communication since! Phone and emails not answered.

Paid £120 for a small log shed on 30th August. No reply to emails or phone calls and still no shed. Time to visit bank to try to get a refund
Ordered on 30 August I’ve never had any updates they never answer or return calls
Emails don’t get answered and now the phone line dead and emails bouncing back they taken my money
Would have given less then one star but you can’t KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
Do yourselves a favor and do NOT use this company.
Like the saying " If it sounds too good to be true it probably is " Easy to pay but after that NO contact and emails bounce back. If I could rate less than 1 star I would have.
I ordered 31/08, its now 09/09 and ive had no update as to when item is being delivered. The money has been taken.
Ive emailed, no reply.
Checked shopify, disappeared.
Went on website, website not available.
Obviously a scam
Good experience overall. The shed arrived within the estimated timeframe and everything was included in the package. A few more delivery updates would make the experience even better, but I would order again.
