I searched high and low for the sort of things I wanted in my new home and came across Black Country Metalworks Ltd and I thought I'd give them a try. Firstly, the name of the company and the fact that their website displayed many unusual items tempted me into making my first order, and I wasn't disappointed. Needless to say, I've been back on a number of occasions and purchased many unique items. Their prices are very buyer friendly, the service is first rate, emails are always answered, staff are very helpful and friendly. The pictures on the website truly represent the end goods and the quality is out of this world. I've not been disappointed thus far and I've purchased five items from them, each being of a quality I have come to expect from them, and I have a list of many more items I'm going back for, that is bank manager permitting. I don't often write reviews, but this company deserves one!

I absolutely love this garden ornament. It’s so well made with great character. It’s so good that I don’t want to put it outside. I cannot recommend this company enough. Shipping to Guernsey was quite reasonably priced for the size of the item too and as it was made to order, I received within 2 weeks.

this company is a little gem. i came across by accident and glad i did. the customer service was brilliant. i asked a question got a speedy reply and suggestions as well, plus the offer of more help if needed. i placed an order for one of their many amazing items and it arrived around 24hrs later, could not believe it. i was very very pleased with the item, more beautiful than i had thought and will go exceptionally well in our new re do lounge. the package not only arrived SUPER QUICK but was also very well wrapped so not a chance of damage. i would recommend to anyone and suggest you have a look at their web site because its full of treasures. well done to you.

love this product, it's cured years of collecting wet post from my post box! they thought of everything including sturdy washers to stand it off the wall so rain can drip down without tarnishing the box, the top entry is ingenious and keeps everything bone dry. Brilliant
