I guess I shouldn’t give this place 1 star but just wanted people to know that they are selling this place (site) at this time. Must be getting too many bad reviews. I did however( I think) get my refund for the money they owed me. I will give them 2 stars b/c of the time it took me to get this figured out.

I purchased a tshirt press machine!! Never received it. I am completely devastated!! This site should be reported!! SCAMMMMMMM!!

I too bought the alpha heater...truly believing they would be economical effective heating sources. COMPLETE CON. Minimal heat output for a small area. So disappointed.

This was the lowest score I could use. It should be zero. I was going over my credit card charges, and didn't recognize the name, I looked at the site and realized I had purchased three items, The Drone, USB Charger, and The Galaxy Flyball. They were gifts, never received them.

the product is flimsy. VERY easily broken. they DO NOT stand behind their product. the cost is significantly more than other places.

Should be zero stars. I ordered a smart watch (Vital Fit Tracker) and paid $52 with a guarantee that I could return it for a full refund. Nope. After 16 emails, I finally got them to return $36. The watch never worked and is a piece of junk. Don't support this scam company that skims money off your accounts!

Black Falcon Drone was disappointing:$94 for a less than stellar piece of plastic. Tried to cancel order before shipment but was shipped already (good shipping crew!). I'll give props to the CS folks I spoke to: refund appeared quickly and though I asked for a return postage label they just said to keep the drone. As someone else pointed out, the charge on my debit card said "reoccurring", so I called customer service to have that fixed and was told that this was just a 'typo' or other error and there would be no further charges. Out of an abundance of caution, and experience with shady practices, I cancelled the card and ordered a new one (only way the bank could kill any further charges from their end). Honestly, I don't even know what I was thinking. Trusted vendors from here only.

Purchased a Black Falcon Drone, shame on me, from this company along with a protective plans incase damaged. Product took eight days from New Jersey to Florida and upon receipt it was a piece of junk. In fact it was a if not same as the E50 drone only being sold under another name.
I e-mailed them of my disatifaction requesting a refund and return prepaid label for returning.
Fortunately I purchased this drone using my AMEX card and when I went to dispute the charge AMEX requested I wait 4 to 5 days to see if I got the refund before disputing. However, I, for some reason, checked my AMEX account an hour later and the credit was pending. Then about 2 hours later I received an e-mail advising me a refund was forthwith, thanking me and no return prepaid label. In otherwords keep the damm junk.
Now beware of another scam I believe is selling the same knock off drone, QuadDrone (sic) for the picture in their ad is identicial to the Black Falcon drone.
Stick with Amazon.

I, too have been charged for product never received. And now on my bank statement they have themselves listed as 'Recurring Withdrawal'. In looking a little further they are owned by a company called 'Upside Marketing LLC' 111 Marquez Place Apt. 110 Pacific Palisades, California 90272. My bank is blocking anymore transactions from either company name.

UPDATE: I did receive a full refund almost immediately.

I ordered an item from this company Trust Lifestyle Shop. They sent me the wrong item. I called their customer service at 833–793–0715. I spoke with customer service rep “Joseph.” He kept accusing me of ordering the wrong item. After we went back-and-forth about the item, he finally told me I would have to return the item I told him I’m not returning anything it’s not convenient. When I finally told him I had googled company name and saw their customer satisfaction index score of 1.9 out of 5 and many customers had the same or similar issues as mine with finally promises to refund money in 5 to 7 business days. We will see if that money comes back to me or not. Most companies that are legit and quality companies will offer a refund immediately. It wasn’t until I told him the terrible reviews I was seeing on Google about their scam company, He finally relented and said he would issue a refund. If I receive the refund, I will give a better review. But I shouldn’t have to haggle like that. That was truly a first for me regarding online shopping and I’ve done quite a bit!

Stupidity!!! bought hydrosphere balls off a web site ad. Stupidity again, they were made like a kit you can buy for a kid to do on his own, because they ( yes fell for buy one get one half off) both do not work. Hey they light up. 70$ down the drain. DO NOT BUY

Never finalized my order yet they charged my credit card immediately and didn't respond when I tried to cancel. I did receive the drones, however they came broken, very cheaply made and won't respond to my requests to return. Started a dispute w credit card company but no luck so far

quick to take money. than try to sell you more before finalizing. never received a shipment email just a confirmation of payment. 100% SCAM

Follow up ( 12-20-23): I finally received the heaters. Since my credit card refunded my money I didn't open and returned to sender. I then got charged again. I'm going to dispute it again because I don't have the product. And they should have received it back.

Not sure but suspect this is a scam. I placed my order but never received an email confirmation. My credit card was charged immediately. Just started a dispute with my credit card company to get charges refunded. Hopefully they won't scam my credit card info! Poor decision to place the order.

I was online ordering than another pop up to sell me someting more and I left the site after giving all info...I didn't want to purchase. The cost was 138$ and minutes later it's 206$ charge on my card...no way to call..I advise my credit card who will investigate and they send product I will return without opening

These small heaters give off hardly any heat whatsoever.
Small room or larger room.
Contrary to their sales and marketing.
-Disgraceful.
Russell Hobb company have the same product for sale.
-What the hell !? Their name stamped on it.They have been conned as well it seems.
They have set you me /up for a complete con it appears.
Heaters only plug into wall sockets mostly facing the wrong -at the other end of rooms so heater output is ineffective.
Not suitable for purpose by miles.
I only wanted one but got conned into buying a second one with a discount.

Should be zero stars. Scammed my dads bank card he’s never even ordered from this company, bank says it’s a recurring card payment which we cannot cancel via the bank, only the company can cancel. Tried using there contact us form on website, this doesn’t submit once filled in, tried email address on website that pings back as undelivered. Absolutely shocking.

They send an extra heater and never replied to my e-mails. Second heater switch is faulty. I wanted to return both heaters, as useless, but never had a reply, as to where I could send them back to, nor that they were going to refund me the second heater.

TOTAL SCAM. SAID THEY'D GIVE ME THE PRODUCT I WANTED TO RETURN HALF PRICE AND NEVER CREDITED ME.
