Trusty Pets - Bad Customer Service
Item lost in transit. Trusty Pets not helpful when it came to finding out what happened, disappointing when it came to any form of a reply to my mails, and request for a refund ignored. Forced to resort to refund via PayPal. Pretty poor performance all round.

Consistently good service

The product is always good, delivery is good too.
