I should have checked Trustpilot before purchasing from TruTronica. I would give them zero stars if I could. The Sip Smithery beer advent calendar is pathetic. It's a lot of tiny plastic beer bottles which you put on a piece of string. At £29.99 it's a scam.

Ordered Acorn Dreams christmas ornaments. Their website shows 3 dimensional, cute furry critters in "REAL ACORNS" for $19.99 a piece. I received a flat piece of acrylic with a print on it.

Guitar advent calendar is horrendous, nothing like advert, each guitar is no more than one inch long. Will never order from Trutonica again. Doesn't.t deserve even one star.

Inferior products don’t buy trying to get refund but passing the buck all the time will be taking it further , I wouldn’t of give them one star but had no other option NOTHAPPY CUSTOMER refund me please

I ordered the set of illuminated Xmas trees, because the advertisement stated that the lights had a timer function, but THEY DO NOT❗️
I have tried to contact the company by email, but it will not send.
Therefore I have to agree with all the other reviewers, that the company is sending cheap goods, which are not as advertised, so a complete scam.

Ordered v twin motorcycle advent calendars for my son in laws as a little pregift...very, very disappointed with them,for the price I paid for them,they weren't cheap,but they stated that they were steel and you could display the figures,no they were plastic...not worth the money I paid for them..I'm so far getting a 40% refund...also they should sell them for the same price as Amazon are selling them for not double and a half more...so I'm going to wait and see if they stick with the 40% refund or not.

Ordered the ocean gems advent calendar. Company claimed items were similar to sea glass, but are actually tiny plastic tree shapes. I should have known better. Never again.

The item I ordered, a sea glass Christmas tree advent calender, was neither sea glass nor an advent calendar. Sea glass was manufactured colored plastic hardly from the New England seacoast, but resembling jelly beans in a bent cardboard box to serve as 'advent calendar'. This is a misrepresented piece of trashy junk one would be ashamed to give to anyone. Returns impossible. Do not ever deal with Trutronica. You will be sorry you did!

Absolutely disgusted with the item quality, cheap and nasty, not i believe as advertised not worth the money spent, raises alarm bells when there is no address for returns provided, will never purchase from them again, and strongly advise others NOT TO PURCHASE EITHER I now agree with the over all opinion that this is a cheap nasty Chinese site and is a Scam

Don't buy anything from these people, they are con artists, trutronica you should be ashamed of yourself, I brought the motorcycle avent calendar 2025, the way it was described sounded great, but when it arrived I could tell straight away I was coned, even before I opened it, the product was absolutely rubbish, not as describe very poor quality, and then after some research I found you can buy it from Ebay or amazon for considerably a lot less money, they do say behind every wealth there's a Crime.

This product is so cheap!! Mine came broken and they only offered a 1/2 refund. They wanted me to mail it back for a full refund. It would cost more to send it back than my refund. Please do not waste your money like I did.

Oh dear. I so wish I had bothered to check with Trustpilot before ordering goods from this company. My package from Trutronica was reported as having been delivered by Evri (another suspect company?!) on Wednesday October 29th. It has still not appeared 5 days later, and after several emails from me asking for a refund, Trutronica are still trying to wriggle out of their responsibilities, by forcing me to chase Evri for a ‘certificate’ to prove my parcel is actually missing, I will be contacting my card company to see if they can help, but want to warn people not to trust Trutronica. Whatever happened to Customer Service?

The Book Haven cup from TruTronica is a textbook example of false advertising and consumer disrespect. I bought this product expecting the premium quality and functionality they promised—what I got was a cheap plastic-looking mess.
The materials feel like low-grade plastic and has paint run and numerous paint drips. It looks very unlike the pictures on their web page.
Under FTC guidelines and standard e-commerce practices, sellers are responsible for return shipping in cases of misrepresentation. They continually refused to pay for return shipping, and I was repeatedly met with offers to keep the cup and be given a partial refund. The cup is junk and they clearly misrepresented their product. It’s clear they’re running a bait-and-switch operation with no intention of supporting their products. I have already filed with the Better Business Bureau and will do my best to inform potential customers about my experience with TruTronica.
Do yourself a favor: avoid TruTronica and the Book Haven cup like the plague. I wish this review site would allow pictures to be posted as you would see and understand my frustration. There are plenty of companies that actually care about their customers and deliver what they promise. This one is all hype, no substance, and zero integrity.

Arrived broken

I ordered a lamp ( witches hat ) as a gift. Looked so nice on their website but when it arrived it was about 8 inches high and plastic. Complained and they just replied in Spanish!! Harsh lesson to be learnt and cost me £40.

After watching their promotional video & pictures for their “ Mic Rockbot” novelty light , I decided to purchase one for my son , a few weeks later it arrived , to my disappointment it was nothing like the one in the video & pictures . Basically it was cheap plastic & metal construction.I complained to the company & requested a full refund . They dragged their heels on the refund initially offering 15% , then 40% & keep the product or send it back at my expense to get the full refund , either way I was still out of pocket with this company.
I tried to write an honest review on their website? Surprise! Surprise ! it was taken down immediately! , they only want to see 5 star reviews!
I gave it 1 star , because they did eventually get back to me with their offers through their “ Care Team ! “ 😂

Buyer beware. Ordered a CurveTraker electronic tape measure, after being taken in by sophisticated adverising. It took 3 weeks to arrive and when it did I was appalled at the cheap substitute I had been sent. I paid £34.99 which according to them was half price, the same item they sent me was £11 on Amazon. Please avoid this company at all costs. Absolute scandal that they are allowed to con people in this way.

I have dealt with trutronica. They have been extremely helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend me.
