Since getting connected with Truvista, I have been very pleased with the service of this product. I appreciate the lower cost from the company I just disconnected with that continued to raise my monthly fee. And I appreciate getting a text message when we were expecting a hurricane to let me know that workers were already in place in case they were needed.

Truvista is so far the best
Truvista is reasonably priced with no data limit, unlike my previous provider.
It is very, very reliable. Speeds are great both up and down.
I will keep it as long as it performs this way.

We had 2 different internet boxes…
We had 2 different internet boxes installed. One was for home and one was for business. After not needing the business anymore, I called to cancel it on my next bill. Bill comes around and it’s still there charging me for the 2nd internet. I called and they stated that they don’t have it in the data base that I called to cancel. Ridiculous. So I couldn’t pay it because I didn’t have the money. Then my service is cut off, then I have to pay $100 shut off fee for BOTH Internet services!!!! I hate this company!!! Horrible horrible horrible!!! I’m still playing catch up and it’s been 4 months!! I’m about to switch back to my old Internet!

Lying about plan price guarantee
Service quality not consistent and false advertising !!
I had to fight for my first invoice amount last year when they didn't even want to honor the signup plan price.
Lying about price guarantee for term, 2 or 3 years, whatever they promise at signup. Price went up twice since I signed up a little over a year ago. Liars!!

So far so good with a couple of area outages over the last few months. A lot better than what we had with AT&T.
