Scam. No attempt to fulfill order. Fakes

Like others, I made the mistake of ordering some water filters from this company. They never arrived. I thought it would be OK because the filter already in the fridge has a Truwater label on it, so I thought I'd get it from the same place. Big mistake. It is coming up on almost 2 months. Trying to phone just gets you cut off. Sending in a query via their form you get no reply. They've taken my money online though.
Never again.

This should be a 0 star and everyone should be warned. This website needs to be shut down!! Completely scam. All prices are in AUD instead of NZD first of all and then you will never receive your products. All communication were sent by robots.

The supplied product does not match the order description. Price was quoted in NZD but billed in AUD.
All emails have been answered by a Robot called "Paul" No refund or replacement a have been provided.

Terrible. I ordered an item on January 10. They received payment on January 12. But, it never shipped. On January 26 I reached out to them. No one answers the phone or returns emails. I thought, well, it’s the holidays maybe it will ship on February 1. It never shipped. I have contacted them repeatedly since then. No response. Just automated emails. I do not believe this is a legitimate business. I come from a family of small business owners. A real business could not survive with such a lack of customer service.

This company operates out of Australia and New Zealand.
Ordered water filters for my Insinkerator tap on 16th of November 2022, emailed them in December 2022 was told it would be sent out to me before Christmas. No shipping notification received, so then emailed them again in January 2023 was advised they would ship it on the 23rd of January. Again have not received any shipping notification and this is nearly a month ago. Have now decided to get my bank to dispute the charge on my credit card and get my refund this way. I will also be making a complaint on Fair Trade New South Wales against them.

Order tap end of October we thought nice tap to finish of our kitchen what!!!!!!!!!! still waiting had one update after x amount of emails. Will be shipped 20 November 2022 cool, more emails why did I bother they never answer. Then I get an email from them again this will be product will be shipped on the 20 January 2023.
This company I will never deal through again I wish what I had ordered had been cheap maybe I would not be so upset being a pensioner every cent counts.

This vendor does not deserve a single star, but it's the only way to leave a review. It's now going on 3 months since I made 2x filter purchase and to this day no goods have been delivered. All I get is sincere apology after sincere apology! I asked for a tracking number when the goods are in transit or a refund, and all I get is "sincere apology", that doesn't settle well with me. I had to submit my Credit Card details in order to complete the purchase.

Takes a very long time to get orders, every order says it will be shipped "soon" but typically takes 2-3 months. Fairly good pricing but communications are terrible, emails from them are often blocked as spam and requests for live chat result in messages saying they will reply in 1-5 days.

They took my money in October and only after persistent threats of Fair Go Consumer TV programme and reporting to Police did I get some action - never issued tracking info either until further threats - I finally received my filters 3 months later - DON'T USE THIS company - they never respond to your emails/message bots - I can see people who are not vigilant getting ripped completely - they say they are a NZ co but it is AU based - shocking service. Doesn't event deserve a 1 star. :(

Agree with the other posts! Ordered two filters in November and NEVER received them! The don’t respond to emails or requests ! Avoid at all costs!

I have also reported the website and it may be forwarded to the NZ Police

I wouldn't even give them one star. Like another reviewer has said here DON'T DEAL WITH THEM. No communication, only an auto message. Their website needs to be removed. All contact details are a sham. I have asked repeatedly for a refund but just get the auto message. They will charge you too in AUD dollars which isn't disclosed. Scammers.

DO NOT buy! - it's a scam.
Bought and paid for a UV lamp replacement and it never arrives (it's been more than 6 months)
Have sent them dozens of emails but never got any reply other than an automated email from them. Still haven't received what i purchased and no refund.

This company doesn't even rate 1 star. No communication, no product delivery, nothing. Website should not be allowed to operate. My advise DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, EVER!!!!

I have to start by saying that I received the water filters I ordered, once I got a shipping notification I was able to track the parcel all the way to NZ. However, Truwater NZ's communication was extremely poor. I received no purchase confirmation which made me fear that the store was indeed a scam. I tried contacted customer support several times and was met by the same auto message. I had all but given up hope and was in the process of launching a dispute with my credit card provider when I got my shipping email.

The product appears to be fine, but Tru Water's communication leaves a lot to be desired

I am thinking that your Tru Water Support is not sufficient or professional
You guys seem to be the untouchables
6-09-2022 was my transaction and only one part of my order arrived. I have tried to contact you guys multiple times since then and all enquiries have gone un-replied, non responsive
I think you need to restate your business response as 1-5 MONTHS for a response...(ha ha - if you're lucky)

I see that NZ Fair Go have NOT favoured your business due to similar unresponsiveness with other clients.

I would appreciate a response with an ETA of my ordered and paid for product, or a REFUND of my paid product that Tru Water has not been able to fulfill the supply of.

How is this company allowed to keep the website going????.....Scamming people every day....looks like it has been happening for years. Wish I had read the reviews before placing my order and losing my hard earned cash..... how do these people sleep at night!!!

Like the others have stated I too fell victim to this scam, and I wish I had checked reviews before placing my order. I would give negative stars if that were an option!!
I will be contacting my bank tomorrow to see if I can charge back the fee.😡

Super bad experience, such a flashy website, with no delivery. I have been had, don't ever deal with this company. Never ever, if it even exists

As with all the other people leaving a review, I made the order back in August. Got an email saying there were delays and my water filters would be sent out end of September. September came and went and got another email saying the order would be shipped out end of October. I have now emailed multiple times and demanded a refund and have got no reply.
I can accept not getting my money back, but would really love to know how I can report this scam. They seem to keep getting away with scamming people, why are they still being allowed to do this? Does anyone know where we could report this?
