Appalling company!
I ordered 2 evercalm rings from this company. The first one did not arrive and the tracking stopped a few days after supposed despatch. I emailed support@tryevercalm and was told that they would despatch another 2 rings as the first appeared to have been lost. After a few weeks I emailed customer support again to ask where my order was. I was told that a new batch of rings had arrived and my order would now be sent out. These never arrived either and the same thing happened, the tracking just stopped shortly after supposed despatch. I emailed support@tryevercalm again to request a refund three times before my email was answered. I got a reply to the third email and a refund was issued.
Dreadful company and customer service. I would strongly advise not to deal with this company
