Great to see a modern, digital banking experience for Canadians. I have an online business and I needed funding to fuel our growth. I submitted the info they needed and had an answer in 24 hours and money in bank account shortly thereafter. The credit card/banking stuff is all slick and easy, I have to move money between currencies quite a bit - works well.
Support has been responsive, no complaints.

We put all of our google ad spend on Keep and we pretty much fly free to Bali each month lol

Totally shocking service
Totally shocking service. They are total thieves.
You cannot speak to a real person. Whenever you have an issue you have to go through a bot. We lost $3600 through trykeep when they shut down our account without any authorisation.
Do not trust them, go with one of the big 5 banks.

Did anyone experience a scam for a keep credit card for phishing
No 2 factor authentication on the account. Was newer. Did anyone get a phishing email or strange email and have problems with money being stolen out of account then blamed on you recently?

Business owners be warned
Worst credit card company for help. Company is determined to give you the run around. Promoting to help small business owners and entrepreneurs but doesn’t “keep” their word. Avoid them and go to a competitor save yourself the trouble.

Cancelled for Keep's Mistake
Had the card for a few months. It was very useful. Great help to my business. Statement extensions allowed me to pay weekly, but before a payment was to come out, I got a phone call from a rep stating they had "accidentally" debited the full payment, which I was not prepared for. After weeks of back and forth trying to sort out THEIR mistake, the cards balance was paid in full (after being blocked for a month) and 2 weeks after the card was paid, I received an email that they are closing my account and off-boarding me because of "Changed Risk Criteria."
The company and their reps are not honest about their service and not transparent about the processes that affect their decisions. AND are not willing to admit when something is their fault.
