My two items arrived and upon checking i had ordered an incorrect item. I contacted Peakflex and they were extremely helpful and sorted tge issue straight away.
The one item I was able to use, a right leg Large knee support, so far has been superb and given much needed relief. Highly recommended.

I had an issue with the sleeve rolling down and they sent me a free replacement in the next size up. Issue was solved quickly and I am eager to try the new sleeve.

Sizing is my only issue. I ordered the largest available (2XL) and wore them for one day. They seemed to help some, but were too small. Customer service has offered to replace them at no charge, but I'll need a bigger size. If there isn't a 3X, I'm going to ask for a refund.

Plus: Seems like a good product, C/S is responsive.
Minus: Sizing

The knee sleeves were too small. When I reported this & requested a refund & shipping label, I kept getting excuses, other options, etc. Finally after 6 responses & 6 replies. I was told product would have to ship to AUSTRIA at a significant cost to me, That Was followed was an offer to refund less than 50% followed by another email string before a resolution was done.

Aminata leaving with bone and bone pains, i found the peakflex post on Facebook with hope and enthusiasm. i didn't hesitate to order. but when i received the order, i went from hope to disappointment. its not fitting. with courage, i addressed a claim for reimbursement. And by surprise, i found a team not only interest by selling, but a team engaged to meet my satisfaction. they decided to give me free of charge a bigger size. I am excited to receive them and forget about pain.

My Delivery was timely, unfortunately I have to return for a larger size.And the process seems to be fairly easy, customer service support is fantastic, i was told not to return larger sizes knee brace, they are going to send me smaller size . 5star to customer support team

I tried it on and it fit too loose. Unfortunately I need a smaller size. But so far it’s been a great experience

Had an issue with the adjustment. It actually came loose. Sent e-mail to customer service and had a reply back the next day. Asked for a few things we did not keep ( like shipping info ) I sent them a picture of the damage. Again received a prompt response back with shipping and tracking information on replacement. Replacement arrived in about a week USPS.

got my order in rapid time even being a holiday! when i went to try one on i found that they were to large and needed smaller ones. love the concept and cant wait to receive the smaller braces. contacted the company and told them my problem and promised to ship me the smaller ones. Melvin Bryant

Received my knee sleeve order, but it’s small. Reached out to Peakflex and requested a Medium knee sleeve. Quick customer service replies to my emails. Peakflex will send a replacement with no shipping cost, and that I do not have to return the small knee sleeve.

You can't go wrong ordering this knee brace I ordered the wrong size . And it wouldnt fit right they are replacing it free of charge and free shipping I will continue to purchase from this trustworthy coming . Vickie Smith

Scott Edwards I purchase the knee braces for both knees I used the weight guide lines witch said to use XL but when l received them they were a little too big I tightened them all the way but just did not feel tight enough my weight is 240 but my legs are thin so I e-mailed peak flex and let them know what was going on with the braces so they are going to send me new large knee replacement braces that’s because of there 100% guaranteed satisfaction
