I ordered a size large according to their measurements, but it was too big for my leg no matter how tight I got it so it’s not necessarily just based on your weight I was on the very low end of the scale for weight. I could not get it to fit me. I immediately emailed the company and they assured me that they would send me a smaller size free and no requirement to return the one that was too big. They required me to leave a review prior to them shipping a size medium to me free of charge so I am leaving this honest review and we’ll see what happens if I get the medium in the mail and if it’s free of charge so far so good as far as for the product it did seem to be well-made, but since I was not able to actually use it, I wait for the smaller size to see how it actually works.

I purchased four PeakFlex knee sleeves! The company sent them right away and the design helps as I can "dial-in" the support as needed. I look forward to many years of support from these sleeves! I would recommend them to anyone experiencing knee weakness. I had a little issue with the sleeve fitting my knee properly and the customer service I receive was phenomenal in rectifying the situation.

When I ordered I went by the weight recommendation and it did not fit but great customer service was given by agreeing to a free replacement I believe it will work great if it fits

The peakflex brace looks and feels authentic and sturdy with all features working well, the only issue was that I ordered a size lower and will requesting for a bigger because I like what I saw.

Brace excellent support. Best brace and I've tried many. However, impossible to loosen once made tight. Customer service is very good. Although I offered to return or exchange the brace, Customer Service will send me free replacement. No exchange nor return required.

The product is well made and the fit was great.
But, what makes the review 5 star more appealing is their customer service. A small glitch in size was immediately taken care of, The response time was immediate, courteously taken care of. The best response time I have every experienced.

I ordered two left size XL. When they I arrived I excitedly put them on only to find they were to loose. I could tell they would actually work great for me in a size large. I emailed the company and they answered within 24 hours said they would send another set at no charge and also cover shipping. That's what I call good customer service! I look forward to my new set and yes they do work!

Ordered the peak flex knee sleeve and I used the online chart to determine size. I ordered a large (6 ft, 175 lbs). It came promptly but was too small. I wrote them an email explaining what happened and they promptly returned a response telling me what I can do to get a larger size. It’s very easy to work with this company.

Peakflex has top-quality support and its products has outstanding quality.

I recently received Peakflex Knee Sleeve XXL. Product was larger than anticipated. An XL oe 3XL will work just fine. I prefer the BLACK color (which was sent to me, but it was too big.

I have total faith in this company, they 100% give excellent customer service and their products are quality and excellent. I will continue to purchase items that I can use from this company.

I ordered box dry leakproof boxers. And it's big on size. I reached out to customer service via email and they're willing to do a refund but I need to pay for shipping to Austria. Or an alternative of keeping the item and get a credit of 40% back . I replied inquiring about an exchange. They agreed with it even free shipping and keep the original item in return I have to leave an honest review. Screenshot and published date because they rely on customers real feedback in real time.

I ordered a brace based on the weight and received a XXL. It ended up being too big but felt good. I asked if I could return it for a smaller size and without hesitation I was sent a smaller size. To me that says a lot about a company and look forward to my knee feeling better.

Received my order and it was the wrong size for my husband. Peak Flex customer service has been outstanding in helping to remediation the issue and get the correct size to me to help my husband issue.

The product is well made and seems to work well. Unfortunately, the one I was using was too tight. Even though I followed the sizing chart, because I have large thighs, it was too tight and I will need a size Large.

Great Customer Service good shipping a great communication. The leg sleeves were very nice. Fit comfortable to size. I’m glad I ordered this product. Had a mishap received two left sleeves contacted customer service. Got an answer within a couple hours saying that they were happy to send out a replacement free of charge and no shipping.
