It took over a month to receive 5 vests…
It took over a month to receive 5 vests that I ordered! 1 vest came after 3 weeks, 2 came after another week, and the last 2 came 3 days ago. Why was USPS used instead of fed ex or UPS like before? I mean I did PAY for shipping!

We apologize for the inconvenience. None of our hoodies have painted reflective class 3 as it does not meet OSHA requirements. Please let us know if you have any problems with the one you received by calling our customer service at 1-866-304-7819 and we will happily replace it for you. We have not had any problems with them in the past.

My Original review was 1 star as it is frustrating to receive the wrong items, but the product received and customer service went above and beyond. I will definitely be ordering again.

Vacant customer service/tracking number
It’s been two going on three weeks since I made my order, and while it says it’s been shipped for well over one and a half weeks on the website, there have not been any signs of a tracking number. I have requested one four times, two through the website help tickets, and two separate emails, yet no reply has come from any of them. Will be willing to change if and when my package arrives.

I got a damaged package, not mentioning that I canceled . Looks like this box was tampered with it might be missing items from the look of it . I em not responsible for this I want my full refund please , I haven't got any response from any of you , I will be taking it to the next level with bank .
