14/04/2024 yilinda Ingiltereye tasindim, bu tasinma surecimle ilgili gerekli bilgilendirmeyi yaptim.  Ancak anladigim kadariyla hala fatura edilmeye devam etmis, abone no:56196984 hatta geriye donuk baktigimda krredi kartimdan otomatik olarak almadigim hizmet  tahsil edilmis.sistemlerinize bakarsaniz,  tarafimda hic bir internet kullanimi yada sinyal alinmadigini goreceksiniz.  super online superbox ve  turkcel vdsl zamaninda kullanicisi olarak, birisine yaptigim iptal kabul edlip digerinin iptal edilmeyip fatura edilmis olmasi.  bunun icin hala benden kullanmadigim bir uru icin para istenmesini adil bulmuyorum.
Lutfen bu borcun silinmesini rica ederim, aksi takdirde geriye donuk hizemt verilmedigi halde alinan tutarla birlikte, Tuketici haklari mahkemesine gidecegimi belirtmek isterim.

incredibly greedy

incredibly greedy. packages last 4 weeks instead of a month, wifi hotspot now blocked, and they add a so called radio tax with unpredictable cost. by far the worst mobile operator i’ve come across.

Rude and Unprofessional Behaviour by Turkcell Superonline Branch Staff

I applied online for a Turkcell Superonline home internet subscription on 9 October, 2025. The next day, I was contacted for installation. Since I was at work, I requested to reschedule the appointment to the following day between 13:30 and 14:30.

On the installation day, I received a call from the branch at around 11:20. I was in a meeting at that time, so I couldn’t answer. About ten minutes later, I left a callback request. When I was called again, the staff member spoke in a rude and scolding tone, asking “why didn’t you answer the phone.”

Such an attitude is unacceptable and does not reflect the professionalism expected from a Turkcell representative. Speaking to a customer in this manner undermines the trust and reputation associated with the brand.

I am sharing this complaint not only on my own behalf but also to raise awareness and help ensure that appropriate disciplinary action is taken so that similar incidents do not happen to others.

I kindly request that the issue be investigated and that I be informed of the outcome.

Turkcell Superonline Upload Speeds Drop to 0.2 Mbps Abroad

I am experiencing an upload speed drop to as low as 0.2 Mbps when connecting to overseas servers, while I get ~18 Mbps upload speed domestically. Download speeds are 70 Mbps and 100 Mbps, respectively. Despite this clear discrepancy, Superonline confidently blames the issue on Wi-Fi. I’ve repeatedly encountered timeout errors on essential services like GitHub and Microsoft Store, which are resolved when using a VPN. However, when I mention this, they respond that they don’t provide site-specific support. Imagine if Google, Instagram, or YouTube stopped working tomorrow—you wouldn’t have anyone to turn to. (This was tested on two PCs, and the errors were definitively resolved with VPN.) The support team lacks professionalism, presenting the first solution that comes to mind without understanding the issue or having technical expertise. After 2-3 failed attempts to resolve this through their system (both verbal and written), I had to bring it here. Every time, they blamed Wi-Fi. The issue is clearly with their routing system. If I can get 100/18 domestically, but it drops to 70/0.2 overseas, it cannot be a Wi-Fi issue. Despite explaining that timeout errors and upload speeds improve when using a VPN, they still insist it’s Wi-Fi-related. This logic makes no sense. Do they think VPN connects via satellite? It uses the same computer and Wi-Fi to connect to the modem; the only difference is that it bypasses their problematic routing system. As a "solution," they even disabled my 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi band without asking me, although I was already using 5 GHz. If I didn’t have a device supporting Wi-Fi 5, they would have effectively cut off my internet access. How can they make adjustments to my setup without consulting me? With ISP-controlled modems, they press every button they can. Changing the Wi-Fi channel is unnecessary since the modem automatically does that on reboot. If I can achieve 100/20 speeds to the Kayseri Turkcell server via their own site but drop to 70/0.2 overseas, it’s not a Wi-Fi issue. You don’t need to be an expert to understand this; it’s clear they just don’t want to put in the effort. If they send someone knowledgeable, we can thoroughly address the issue from a technical perspective. Online games like Marvel Rivals cannot connect without a VPN. The ironic part is that with a VPN, not only can I connect, but my ping also drops. Without a VPN, I get a ridiculous ping of 200-300 MS, and that’s if it even connects, while with a VPN, it’s 100-120 MS.

It's been half a year with no fix in sight, they don't care and put the blame on end user, while it's entirely their bad infrastructure.

Funny people, funny company

On May 13, 2025, my internet service from Superonline, which uses Vodafone's infrastructure, was cut off. Despite calling them around six or seven times and explaining my issue calmly, Superonline told me during the seventh call that Vodafone had supposedly tried to reach me on April 14 but couldn't, so my request might have been canceled. After I said I wanted to terminate my contract without paying a cancellation fee, I could no longer reach a customer representative—every attempt to connect dropped.

Worst of the worst

They are texting wait actually harrassing me with their promotional SMS, multiple times in a row extremely early in the morning, like 2-3 am. They also claim that they are not the ones who sends these SMS. Their official phone number is literally attached at the end of messages. So fun.

Avoid this company

I bought the most expensive phone charger ever at 1300 Tl and it blew up after around 10 minutes of operation. I was on a cultural tour and couldn't take it back to the original Turkcell shop and the shop I took it to wouldn't do a thing about it. It's amazing how English is spoken when you are a customer but when a complaint is being made no one in the shop speaks it.

Best GSM company in Turkey

Best GSM company in Turkey, no connection problems, internet connection is fast as it should be. Only, some of their services are more expensive than other companies but it is worth it

Turkcell ile yaşadığım deneyim maalesef hayal kırıklığı oldu. İletişim kalitesi oldukça düşük ve sürekli olarak fiyatlar artıyor, bu da maliyetleri kabul edilemez hale getiriyor. Antalya'daki Deniz Mahallesi'ndeki ofislerine gittiğimde, müşteri hizmetleri sorunumu çözmekte ilgisiz ve yetersiz kaldı. Fiyatları düşürün ve müşteri hizmetlerinizi iyileştirin, çünkü başka bir operatöre geçmek istemiyorum. Umarım sesimi duyarsınız ve gerekli önlemleri alırsınız.
